If there were 0 stars that wouldn't even be suffice. We have been coming to this location off and on in the six years we have lived just down the way from it, 99.9% of the time we regret it. It if weren't for the mere convenience we would avoid it all together, so we more frequently trek over to the Lincoln location for actual consistent quality service. The behavior of the management here and treatment of customers has escalated to outright atrocious! After what took place earlier this evening compiled with a slew of complaints over the years- we will NEVER..EVER..be subjected to such poor customer service again. The two girls running the front counter are some of the rudest, most immature, and down right defensive juveniles we have had to deal with- their parents, as well as their boss, should be ashamed at their lack of respect for people. I don't understand who in their right mind chose to do the hiring/managing of this franchise but something needs to done IMMEDIATELY before you run so many customers off you'll be shutting your doors permanently.
The Broncos promo during football season for $1 Big Macs and Egg McMuffins has a limit of 6 per order at every other location in town, even though the key tags state "1 offer per person per order". We, my husband notably, recently and on multiple occasions has gone into this location to order 4 to 5 $1 Big Macs for each person in our family ORDERED TO GO. Rarely have we all been present for a to go order, or have gone through the drive thru. Never was their a problem with that order until tonight. We are both sick and feeling very under the weather so no energy to cook, had just picked up our son from work at 8pm. The kids wanted the sandwiches as expected so we drove them over here and our son and daughter decided to go in and place the order for us. They were instantly told they could not order 4 Big Macs to go, even after they explained the rest of us were in the car outside. Bewildered, the kids came out and told us. We tried to call the manager while their phone just rang to no end without answer. My husband chose to get out of bed and go inside with our son to clarify the sudden refusal and ask for the owners contact info, and was met with immediate defense and lies- the gal claiming to be the manager even had the audacity to tell him she didn't recognize him so it wasn't possible that he was in there recently placing the same order. She immediately refused the information after insulting us and then proceeded to argue with myself after I confronted her behavior. We couldn't get 2 words in about the situation while she and another young cashier yelled over us and our request for the information. To make the customer experience even worse, the one claiming to be the manager proceeded to call the police! For what?! Seriously lol? They redundantly told us to leave because police were on their way as we explained no one had threatened them or committed acts of violence, we simply asked for rightful information. We spoke with police following the incident who laughed over their dramatics and stated it sounded like a pure act of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They said we should no doubt contact the owner or whoever we could to seek out a resolution to "the problem". Those girls were overly confident their actions would keep them employed, we wish them luck.....
Bottom line- don't bother with this location no matter how convenient it may seem. Head over to the Lincoln location where you are treated like a customer should be, where you are remembered and rewarded for your loyalty. That manager will go above and beyond, and may even give out a hug or two for your trouble;) As for Crown Crest McDonald's, in the words of Gordon...
Read moreWarning! Beware of eating at this McDonald's! I ordered an ice coffee to only find a dead cockroach at the bottom of my cup! I immediately became sick to my stomach just to think i had already finished drinking all of it. I immediately vomited I became extremely nauseous. Of course i was upset it's disgusting! I have pictures to prove all this! I called the restaurant and was told by a staff member that a manager would be returning my call because the current problem at the restaurant was getting out of hand. In other words she basically confirm they were dealing with a cockroach infestation. She didn't even offer a refund she said a manager will call you. I waited a day only to hear back from a regional manager apologizing and explaining they indeed have a coakroach problem between the gas station and McDonald's, both share the same building. How sick is the fact that they are still opened for business while dealing with roaches. Apparently it's so bad that a coakroach ended inside my ice coffee. Was it inside the ice machine? the cup? I'll never know. But adding insult to injury the regional manager offered me only a $25.00 giftcard for all my trouble. I told him No thank you!!! I would never go back there or to a McDonald's in general. I made a complaint with the health department and also with McDonald's corporation. later in the mail I received a few vouchers for a couple of free meals to be used at this specific location only!. Are you kidding me??!! Are they Joking??!! meanwhile here I am sick to my stomach with full on diarrhea. I had no choice but to make an appointment. Got antibiotics wich a side effect is more diarrhea. After not feeling any better got test results with positive h. pylori.- Come to find out Cockroaches carry this bacteria in their hairy legs that gets trapped from them crawling in sewer systems and bathrooms. At this point I have spent over $600.00 in doctors visit, lab work and medication. to this date I'm still waiting to hear back from them to reimburse me for my medical expenses. it is unfair that their negligence cause me significant harm. my stomach has never been the same...
Read moreEvery time I go to this location whether if it’s to deliver or pick up the staff is absolutely rude! They don’t make eye contact and sometimes don’t even speak. Just hand you your food. Tonight was not the exception. I ordered my food through the McDonalds app. Completed the order while in line for the drive thru. Mind you no one is in line ahead or behind me. I waited a minute or so before I drove up to the speaker. Got to the speaker there was nothing on the screen. I said hello 3 times and waited between each in hopes of a response. So I drove up to see if someone was there. By this time someone drove up behind me. I get to the pay window and the guy tells me to drive around and that i didn’t order. I’m telling him that I had a pick up. He says no. He did not speak English well but kept saying to drive around to order. I drive around again to speaker. This time he’s obviously there and tell me to go to the 2nd window. I did and my food wasn’t even ready I had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get my order. My food was not fresh. It was so old the cheese was two different colors and the ketchup dried up on the burgers. Also one was missing a patty. I called to complain and of course no one picked up. They are closer to me but I’ll drive a little further to get at least a little better service at Lincoln. I knew better. Next time I won’t 2nd...
