H. Cheval Coffee — Restaurant in Paso Robles

In about a month ago, had a wonderful young man with curly hair waiting on me, super nice , delicious coffee. Then a "karen" came in, complained about her matcha, got mad at the batista because he wouldn't let her come back and make her own drink!! Can you believe it. He handled it professionally. I just went back in this week, and that young man had been fired.!! Because she wrote the bosses complaining, and whining. Wrote a whole paragraph. I won't be back .!! Overall low rating is due to the extremely high prices charged. $3.50 for an 8 oz. drip coffee. Note mention of 8 oz. Most "small" drip coffees are 12 oz. It was comical to see such a small cup. I guess the high-end wine tourists who stay in the Cheval don't care about the prices. We townies do. I won't be back.

Coffee is okay ,but customer service needs work. My sister, mom and I got coffee on Saturday around 11, we ordered during a shift change or something and our order got lost. We waited over 40 minutes for our coffee and the worker did have a line so eventually I finally went to ask why everyone else had gotten their orders and were still waiting.
