This location is the worst Panda Express that I have ever dealt with. I stopped buying food there because of very lousy service. So, I started going to the new location, and they were great at first. But, then I noticed a change of staff recently, and coincidentally they now have issues, so after several months I went back to Peachtree City to see if anything improved. I was there just after 7:00 pm. Their service was still lousy, and the server couldn't understand even basic food service. She got part-way through my order, couldn't do anything right, allowed 2 other customers to cut-off my order, and then she ASSUMED that the lady in front of me -- who was there before I even entered -- was my wife! So, the server put my food with hers! I ordered 2 Bigger Plates, and it was far too difficult for the server to do both at the same time, so she processed part of one, then she allowed not 1 but 2 customers to be serviced while she left me standing there waiting on my second Plate as ordered. Several of the entrees were empty, so I had to choose among the few leftover dishes that I didn't prefer. As a result, I had to leave right then, and she had the nerve to try to call me out and stop me. Simple service was far too complicated for these employees. What's worse is the very reason that I stopped going to that location in the first place: If you arrive at 7:00 pm or later, they only have 50% - 25% food. More entrees are empty than those are those that are available. They will not prepare any more food. You have to take whatever is left. So, you end up with a choice of perhaps 2 main entrees at best. If you select a dish that they are out of, then they just tell you that it's not a option for you -- but, they close a 9:00 pm! So, they stop cooking more entrees at 7:00 and if you don't get there in time, you get scraps. They never have any egg rolls. The employees are arrogant as if they are doing me a favor, and I am lucky to be served by them at all! I have a friend who experienced the very same problems, and he will not return to the Peachtree location. This Peachtree location is a prime example of how NOT to serve food. ...
Read moreI’m not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience with this location was not good and needs addressed. After reading others reviews, I figured I would leave my experience.
We eat panda often, we were in the area and stopped in to get panda. First off, I stood there for about 10 minutes without anyone saying anything, they kept walking up, grabbing stuff, cleaning and looking at me like they were irritated I was there as if they were closing. We had over an hour and a half left till closing. The least they could have said is, we will be with you in a minute, they looked so bothered I almost left. Someone finally walks up and helps me. They didn’t have much left of anything, I said I want a plate to go with both sesame chicken, she puts it in and it’s barley one scoop, so she pushes it across into the second scoop area and closes it up to move onto my next plate, so I say, that wasn’t a second scoop, she says oh yeah, opens it back up and asks what I want for my second scoop. They didn’t have more sesame chicken and instead of saying something like, it’s going to be 5 minutes to make more, do you want to wait or choose something else? She just says pick something else, so I ended up doing that, because at this point I just wanted to get our food and leave. When I get to the register I asked if I could purchase three empty bowls (used to split the food up for the kids) she then so no plate, I was like, no… bowls and she says it again, a plate and then grabs three paper plates and sticks them in the bag, fine not a big deal, I checkout and leave. I don’t plan on going to this location anymore, we shouldn’t have to baby sit to see if they actually give you what you’re paying for while not feeling welcome.
They should take some pointers from the Fayetteville location, who do...
Read more2023 Update: Changing my review from a 2 to a 4. Food is 5/5. Service is 4/5 (Dro is 5/5). Atmosphere is 5/5. Dro is personable and knows how to connect with customers. I’ve come in a lot over the past year and each time he’s working the bar, there are lots of smiles and satisfied customers. He figures out how to make things happen. I recall getting a bowl and trying to get it in a large a la carte container and it seemed like no one knew how to fulfill the order. They kept taking to all the workers confused out of their minds. I was there for 5 minutes waiting. Dro swooped in like a champ said, “I got you, and handed me a container.” Easy. 5/5 for Dro.
Update: …. Changing my review from 5 to 2. They simply don’t pick up the phone. I put in an online order and after paying for it I realized I forgot to put it for 2 hours out. I called 10 times over 15 minutes. They simply don’t pick up. I’m giving the app itself a 1 star review. I’m shocked I cannot add a note or change pick up time after the fact.
We come here a lot. The customer service is fantastic. This last time particularly, I got takeout (Panda Feast) and the bag untied itself by the way I was carrying it (totally a brain dead move on my part). Some of my meal fell out on the ground when the bag slipped. I took the bag back in and explained the situation to the staff. Without skipping a beat the staff was gracious and cleaned up my bag with spilled food and topped off my Panda Feast. I love...
