Smoothie King — Restaurant in Peachtree City

So I have visited this location before, but today I sent my 12 year old in by herself and she came back with a half filled 32 oz. cup because she said the store is out of 20 oz lids. The 32 oz cup was exactly half full, now I’m not one to be petty but it seemed like 16 oz. With that being said, I went back in to ask for a full 20oz, the teenagers working started giggling and whispering to each other, the male, Zachary said ok and proceeded to tell Zoe and she said she remembered the girl. After I waited for my drink to be remade for about 10 minutes right in front of them. Zachary asks me if he can help me with something? I said yes my drink that you said you understood about when I asked for the remake. He said he will not remake it. They saw me waiting there the whole time yet not one of the 3 took the time to either confirm they would not help me or make it for me. So I said that I didn’t understand how they would not make up a simple drink for a customer whose family and friends spend a lot of money there. I asked for the manager and he said there are no managers there today. I asked for their names and corporate number and he said he didn’t know the corporate number. while getting a smoothie I witnessed the manager , a male with dreads, yelling at a kid that worked there basically called the kid stupid in front of everyone and the lobby was full of customers. We all heard it. It was very unappropriate to speak to someone’s child like that. hopefully the store manager or someone in a higher position can talk to the manager about customer service skills, As a manager, he should know to pull someone aside or to the back to the office and have a talk with them, so if you’re ever in there and you notice something like that, please speak up/ or report, because I know it’s a lot of high school kids/teenagers that work there for the summer, could be...

The team was struggling with a 2 man staff and it took around 5-10 minutes to have my order taken. I was fine waiting, but then they were also out of an ingredient for my smoothie. I wish I was just asked if I wanted to wait longer or get a different smoothie made instead. I waited for around 20-30 minutes just for one smoothie since they had to run across the street to grab more ingredients before they could make it. On top of that, I sadly wasn’t a fan of the smoothie either.
