Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Peoria

Not impressed. Ordered for pick up, got the sandwiches home and 2/3 were incorrect. Drove BACK to Jimmy John's from home to pick up the correct sandwich as one of the two were missing pickles and Dijon which were on the 3rd sandwich. The person just scraped the pickles and Dijon off the 3rd sandwich and put it on the 2nd. The replacement sandwich was not ready when I got there. Asked them to repeat back to me what was on it as the first one was incorrect. The replacement was also incorrect and had to be made a 3rd time where they had to have me type the order on my phone and hand it to them. All I asked was for no tomato, add pickle with spicy ranch. I really don't think it should have been THAT difficult. I will not be returning to...

Received someone else's order.. and I wasn't upset, yet. I went around through the drive-thru again, told them at the ordering boxbut they told me to continue to wait in line and tell them my order in the window. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes. When I got to the window,they asked what my correct order should be then proceeded to tell me to come inside and order. I told them that I had been waiting 15 minutes in the line like they had told me plus the additional time in line for my original order.they refused to serve me through the drive-thru line and I did have to go in which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place. If you give Jimmy Johns on Orange Prairie your service, they will probably forget half your order. And when you call to request the rest, they will more than likely promise to send someone back by to deliver it. After you wait hours, and they close for the evening, you will realize you will never see the rest of your order... if you give Jimmy Johns on Orange Prairie your service.
