Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Perrysburg

Stopped in for lunch with my friend and immediately was blown away by how clean the establishment was. The atmosphere and lighting was like no other Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve visited.

Kylie, our server was outstanding. She was patient, full of joy and friendly like if she was just one of the guys. But most importantly Kylie was attentive to the both of us.

Now the food…the food was…Amazing! Whoever is the cook/kitchen manager there needs to be appreciated and congratulated. In all my times eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings, I never had a 5/5 experience when it comes to the food. However, the food here was top notched. When I say I’ve never had restaurant boneless wings cooked to the perfect crunch and tender juicy chicken where it’s not dry. The sauce game and actually coating those wings without asking deserves acknowledgment.

Keep that kitchen staff and the servers happy and acknowledged because lunch there today is the reason why I am officially switching locations permanently to this one going forward.

Kylie, we will be seeing you again. Phenomenal job! That location has an amazing worker there in yourself. Keep that energy and vibe...

My new favorite location!!! I was hesitant to stop since the location hasn’t been open very long and expected growing pains, but I’m a big fan of BWW so had to check out the new one. WOW was I impressed. Not only zero growing pains, it’s one of the best I’ve been to. At a chain you expect consistent food, but the people are different ant each location and they are the game changers that make it or break it. That is where I was impressed, the team environment all working together but in particular I was blown away by Kylie Ann the bartender. From recommending my meal (Nashville sandwich), bringing it out hot and quick and as I sat at bar, she never stopped moving. She was either taking care of the full bar of customers or cleaning every space when someone left (never seen that before). So this location gets full stars from me, food hit all the marks but the team made the difference for me....

We had been here an hour and a half. Took 1/2 hour to get drinks. Got apps before the drinks. Server purposely took orders at other tables and we NEVER were waited on to place our orders. Took another 1/2 hour to pay our bill so we could go elsewhere to eat. Run away from this location. It is not worth it unless you have all the time in the world to do nothing. This is the course example of customer service I've ever seen. If they treat all their customers the way that they treated tonight then they're not going to stay open very long We were out of town visitors in for a convention and this was the worst hospitality I've ever seen. We would have been spending a lot more money than what we did had the server ever decided that he was going...
