I’m not sure if this was just a one-off experience or if it’s typical for this location—so I didn’t leave a 1-star review. I’ve only been here once before, shortly after it moved locations, and that visit was fine.
This time, I ordered two burger Biggie Bags and a chicken sandwich meal. All the sodas tasted watered down. I was told to pull into a mobile pickup spot “because of the chicken”—not sure what that meant, maybe they needed to cook more?
I waited 8 minutes in the mobile spot, and just as I was about to get out of the car, someone came out with my bag. Four cars that ordered after me got their food first, so I guess they weren’t waiting on chicken. I took a bite of a nugget right away, becayse who doesn't sneak a taste in the parking lot—turns out, I was not waiting on chicken... because it wasn't fresh at all. Room temperature at best.
Maybe it’s just the luck of the draw, but there were a few other things that felt off. The fry containers were barely half full—if that’s the standard, maybe it’s time to resize the packaging. And charging $1 for a single buffalo sauce cup with my nuggets? Really?

The order delivery area was too small for the lunch crowd and there were 4 trays stacked up. The customers are uncomfortably close to everyone’s food when fries and such are uncovered on the tray waiting. Another customer took our order because it was confusing and the worker was not managing that job well. It was awkward when the other customer brought the tray back after a few minutes realizing the error and then the worker was going to serve us the same food. We did get the food remade fairly quickly but that was a pretty big miss. If the restaurant cannot accept a food return why would I want to?
The fries were good but not as good as the big M. The burger was fine but not any different than other fast food. The chicken BLT was slider sized and belonged in a kids meal.

Read moreI have come to this Wendy’s three times while I have been in town, and each time I have been disappointed with the customer service and the level of service I expected. The first time, they didn't give me the receipt; I had to ask for it. They also forgot the straw and closed the drive-thru window. I had to wait a couple of minutes for them to acknowledge me. It shows how little their employees pay attention!! The second time I came, they were closed at 5 pm with no explanation. Even all the chairs were up. I have never seen a Wendy's closing so early. They could at least explain why!! It's a waste of time. The third time, they had a sign up saying they only accept cash, and I gave them cash, but the employee didn't even give me the correct amount of change back. This time, they also did not give me my receipt. I had to ask for it, and the employee told me that it's not working. Every time I have been here, I regret it. I do not recommend...
