Overall, not very good.

Recently, ordered a Holiday Cookie Latte and an Almond Croissant. Picked up both in a hurry because I was on break and had to get back to work. Got back and checked my order and there was no whipped cream, drizzle, or crumble that was suppose to come with the Holiday Cookie Latte and the almond croissant was completely under baked. The end part was the only part that was mostly cooked, the minute I took the second bite it immediately felt doughy in my mouth. It was disgusting! So doughy that I was able to form it into a ball before I threw it out! I'm so upset I wasted money on this. I genuinely hope I don't get sick.

I've been to this location a few times to grab flavored ice coffees and they have been fine but as soon as you order any seasonal drink they mess it up. This was the 2nd time I ordered the Holiday Cookie latte (1 iced, 1 hot) and both times it was incorrect. I'd say skip the donuts, pastries, and any seasonal drinks at this location or just bypass it and go to another location...

Normally I would rate this place 5 stars.... Especially when the usual guy is there overnight. He is awesome! But i have to say the other 2 experiences i have had with other employees was not so pleasant. The 1 girl informed me that she could not make a hot or iced latte cause she didnt know what was wrong with the machine n she told me to just order a regular coffee. I then overheard her tell someone else that she wasnt making lattes cause she hated making them!!!!! And my other unpleasant experience was just now.... I went up to the LOCKED door at this 24 HOUR dunkin donuts and the guy held up 4 fingers to let me know to come back at 4am and it is only 3:15am.... I then watched him open the door for another gentleman that must have ordered through the app. He then turned away 2 others. In my opinion if u are listed as open 24 hours make sure you have employees that keep your business open 24 hours!!!!! Also, a word of advice..... Keep our regular overnight guy on 7 days a week if u can.... He...

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I work two blocks away. The place looks inviting with a cozy ambiance that sets the perfect mood for a quick treat. The variety of donuts and beverages they offer is impressive.

The service, however, varied among the employees. Some were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. On the other hand, a few seemed disinterested and less eager to assist. It would be great if the level of customer service was consistently high across the board.

Nonetheless, the delicious donuts and tasty drinks make up for this minor inconvenience. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely return for the delightful treats and...
