After about six weeks of working with Ross, I had reduced my chronic pain about 85-90% and had the tools to keep reducing it. When I had a different back problem a year later, I went straight back to Ross and was able to address both issues together. He's helped me reduce dependence on medications and given me the tools to get back on track so much faster than I anticipated. However I stopped going and didn't finish my cycle there bc my therapist was often in a bad mood/grumpy (complained a lot about things unrelated to my treatment). The treatment I was getting actually made my injury worse: I have persistent tingling/nerve damage and my therapist made me do work that restricted my blood flow. Also, they began double booking my appointment with other clients so by my 4th session, I was doing work that I could do at any gym and little attention was given to me.
