First time customer, giving four stars because this place has BOMB food! So good. But I canât give five stars because the customer service can use some work.
I ordered online. Went to pick it up. Iâm 8 months pregnant, so I tried to park close but itâs in downtown so you can only get so close and then you have to walk. When I got inside, they had my order ready, but I asked to buy another drink in addition to the one I already bought, but the woman at the counter said âWait âanotherâ drink? I donât see any drinks for your order at allâ, she showed me a ticket that they had with all the food printed in big letters on it, it was ripped at the end, and she said âsee yeah no drinkâ. I went to grab my phone to show we my digital receipt but I left my phone all the way in my car. I wasnât going to waddle my 8 months pregnant self all the way back to the car to show a digital receipt for a drink, so I told her âwell thatâs strange, I swear I ordered a drink, but I donât have my phone, I left it in the car so I canât prove it, Iâll just have to pay now for two drinks thenâ, she said âyeah okay sorry if you had your phone... maybe next time you come in if you see otherwise on your phone we can work something outâ. I paid for the two drinks and walked out. Got to my car and sure enough I did pay for a drink it was clear on the digital receipt. So I called them right away, said ânot sure if your machine is printing weird or what but I definitely paid for the drink online and then again now when I walked in thereâ and the woman who answered said âoh... well sorry about that. Iâll let them know at the front...â that was it. Didnât ask for my name to note for next time, didnât transfer me to anyone else, no one offered a refund, or try to pull anything up further on their side to double check (besides that ripped printed receipt I had on the bag that they gave me. Looked like a receipt they use to check off that all food is in the bag).
I think when I was inside especially seeing Im so pregnant, they could have said âitâs okay take the drink and Iâll just charge for the extraâ, or especially by the time I got back to the car they could have said âlet me do a refund for you, or take note of your name for next timeâ anyyything other than just âoh sorry about that.â
But again, great food. Just off with the customer...

And have been there once since then it was so good The first time I got a Detroit style Coney Island which is an offered on the menu but they made it the way that I like it chili mustard and onions the toasted robe was new to me but it was awesome closest thing to home I could find in Arizona yet The second time I went back I had the holy garlic aioli smashburger I'm a burger connoisseur so I don't want to 10 this burger is an 8.8 all day which comes on 4 King Hawaiian rolls did not disappoint The fries and the onion rings are spectacular 8.5 on the fries and 8.2 on the onion rings looking forward to going back very soon This place is a can't miss looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu Great atmosphere close to downtown during events And I'm looking forward to stopping down there before I go see a concert next month no stressing when I get there because they are open 24 hours I'm sure it's going to be wall to wall but after speaking to the server they move people through pretty well as the service is fast for the food but it is not fast food I assure you The prices are spot on And I would even take a trip downtown just to go here even if I didn't have an event or something to do in the area let me know what you think I'm getting such positive feedback on my Google reviews I'm thinking about stepping into YouTube, Instagram and maybe even TikTok food reviews for restaurants in the valley as we frequent many different...
   Read moreWe have had many ordering issues with this restaurant, and we continually gave more chances hoping it would improve since their food is admittedly delicious. Eventually, when their online ordering system was down again one day, I made a pay by phone order and had to give my card over the phone. They charged me and then also charged my girlfriend when she picked it up. 3 or 4 days later after giving my card number over the phone, I got another manual card entry point of sale charge from them when I was nowhere near there. After not ordering for a while, my girlfriend gave them another chance today. When I went to pick up an order that she made online, they showed the order as paid right on their screen yet told me it wasn't paid for and tried to say it would need to be paid again until I took a picture of the side of the screen facing me that showed paid. Then, they said they never got the order. While waiting, I witnessed this 'have the consumer pay again for an order already paid for online' happen to someone else too. Half an hour later, I walked out of there late for a meeting with no time to eat my food. Then, my 6 month pregnant girlfriend who is diabetic received her incorrect order when I got back with it that she couldn't eat because they didn't make her order correctly and remove items she can't eart and also had other items she removed because she just didn't want. Even though the food if is good, it definitely isn't worth this....
