If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service was incredibly shocking with disappointment in every aspect possible. We arrived this evening at 7:32pm to order two sandwiches and some pickles. We did not leave the building with our order until 8:10pm. While we waited, 7 other customers walked in. The only lady working the cashier and sandwich shop did not have any sense of urgency. She proceeded to gather orders from the next customers in line which resulted in a long wait time. She shouted “NOOO” when another customer walked in the door. Another male from a different restaurant (Chipotle), asked the female working what she wanted to eat. He proceeded to grab two sodas and 3 packaged cookies then walked out the door. I didn’t know employees of Jimmy John’s allowed to give away free food?? I was appalled to say the least. Luckily, another JJ’s employee walked in to help and make our sandwiches. The entire time I waited, the woman spent her time dragging her feet and did not make one sandwich in a matter of nearly 40 minutes.

Read moreManager literally screamed at me. I was polite but assertive. They are consistently late at delivery. At this moment, it's been 1 hr and a half since I ordered. Still not here. Manager said, "sorry she's a little slow". Then told me to call back in exactly two minutes. I asked why exactly 2 minutes. He didn't answer and said well then "like 5 minutes then". I waited another twenty minutes to be reasonable and polite then i called back. He said driver is slow and new and came back saying she couldn't find my place. I asked him why the other drivers could and to look at how many times I've ordered delivery. He interupted and said "yeah whatever i know 62 times." Then he said "don't u want a refund" and I said I wanted my food. He actually yelled "well I'm going to process the refund anyway, have a good night!" and hung up. Again I've been polite, but assertive. I didn't deserve to be treated like he treated me.
They also do not pay attention to the order requests. Subs are often shorted on the meat, if u ask for no ice there will be ice in the drink. They forget mayo and mustard packets when u ask for them. Proceeded to order, was cut of mid sentence so the employee could tell me “mayo comes on the sandwich, tell what you want me to add or take off” I was going to say mayo, oil and vinegar and pickles only. In my opinion it’s more logical to say the only three items I want, it might have been a too complicated task for the employee. However, it didn’t matter because after she cut me off she walked away to answer the phone; we left and went to another near establishment. I’d prefer my hard earned money be spent on good customer service. The employee was very rude, just seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered to take orders or make food (literally the job she was hired to do).
