Court Review – Phoenix, Arizona (Judge Jillian Frances) My name is Daniel Loustaunau, and what happened to me in this courtroom is a disgrace to justice. Judge Jillian Frances violated my rights and destroyed my life through biased rulings and a total disregard for the Constitution. Here’s how my rights were violated:

Due Process Violations (5th & 14th Amendments):

I was jailed without being read my rights or allowed to speak in my defense.

The court denied me the chance to make payments, even though I tried in good faith.

They refused to consider my financial hardship and treated me like a criminal.

Right to Legal Counsel (6th Amendment):

I was denied a lawyer before being jailed. No attempt was made to ensure I had representation.

I was left to face powerful attorneys alone, while the judge ignored my side completely.

Cruel and Unusual Punishment (8th Amendment):

I was sent to jail over money, despite clearly being unable to pay. That is excessive and illegal.

I lost everything—my truck, my home, my freedom—because the court abused its power.

Equal Protection (14th Amendment):

I was targeted and treated unfairly due to my background and financial status.

The judge favored my ex and her lawyer, despite their lies and manipulation.

Property Rights Violation:

My 2022 Chevy Silverado was taken even though the divorce decree didn’t allow for it.

That truck was my only way to work and survive. They left me with nothing.

Judicial Misconduct:

Judge Jillian Frances showed bias, ignored my evidence, and silenced my voice.

My ex’s lawyer lied under oath, and I was punished instead of them.

Victim Rights Ignored (AZ Victim Rights Act):

I am a gunshot victim. The court never acknowledged my trauma or status as a crime victim.

Right to Be Heard:

I was repeatedly shut down, disrespected, and treated like I didn’t matter.

The court made decisions without letting me fully present my side or defend myself.

This judge crushed me with her rulings. She took my freedom, my property, and ignored the law. If you’re reading this, beware of Judge Jillian Frances and the injustice...

I would give this courthouse no stars if I could.Me and my ex wanted a divorce.So we filed it in October 2023.First off no one told us it would be $300 something dollars.We were told by the guy in the library that if we did a default hearing we would only have to pay $75 which wasn't the case.So we paid the $300.Then nobody told us we had to fill out all these steps 1,2,3 and 4.We wanted no hearing.We have no children,no property together, no debt,no spousal maintenance.We didn't find out we had to do these steps until January 2024 nobody called or mailed us anything.So now we have a deadline or else the case will be dismissed we filed an extension.We completed all the steps.But now apparently we didn't fill out step 4 correctly even though the workers at the library said it was fine.And this is the second time we had errors.So now we have to contact the assistant to the commissioner to find out exactly what these errors are because we have no clue.We have spent over 1,500 already between the filling fee,all the copies of everything which is ridiculous, and separate envelopes even though every time we would get a copy back it would be in a envelope that they used instead of the ones we paid for.And this is just for a simple clean divorce,both parties agree,no assets nothing. Not only is this courthouse incompetent.It is a complete scam.They will come up with any excuse to make you pay more.If I knew this I would have just gone to Glendale court or someone else.Cause this one...

Alleged drug money laundering lawyer using real estate fraud like so many dirty scumbag lawyers here in Maricopa County. They changed my judge over three restraining orders obtained with very strong evidence that I was being threatened intimidating harassed including lieutenant at city of Tempe name James Click, and psycho Huge mistake I trusted to let in my life JAG lawyer John Schill of Phillips and Associates John Schill. These men are allegedly high up in the Masonic crimes in Maricopa County and they have their criminal judges in place paid for with CIA sponsored political Israel supporting drug trade.. to reverse the work of the actual honest judges. Seems funny how for decades they’ve been colluding to have me publicly discredited recently as four years ago with an entrapment Mitt Romney’s real estate alleged drug money launderer... crooked Judge in real estate as well judge to deny me a jury trial that would’ve truly resulted from the evidence at hand with jury nullification. I have since been able to have a forensic specialist spend about 10 times the amount of time with me and absolutely I am not mentally incompetent although these men have worked hard to discredit me and terrorize me.
