Hardee’s — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

I quite like Hardee's breakfast selection and have been pretty impressed with their chicken and burgers in the past, so I was disappointed in how my order was treated tonight.

The service was brusque, which doesn't bother me in the least of they get my food right, but that didn't happen or we wouldn't be here. The order took a while to complete despite there only being one other car in the drive thru and the dining room being closed already.

My order was fairly no frills, original thickburger, hold the condiments, (the word "condiments" has messed people up on more than one occasion so I always take care to specify "no catsup, mustard, or mayo") large fry, and unsweetened tea.

This was right before I had to be at work so the time my order took to come out was making me a little antsy and I didn't really make a fuss when I wasn't given a receipt. If I had been I'd be posting this on their site instead of Google.

With the time it took I thought the food would at least be fresh. The fries were inedible, cold, and limp. The burger was cold, looked thrown together, as in the toppings were askew to the point that I had to fix it before eating it, and sure enough, as I pulled up the bun there was catsup and mayo slathered on.

I'm not one to complain and my standards for fast food are a lot lower than a restaurant, but to me this was a really simple order and if any part of it had been edible I wouldn't be posting. The only reason I'm sitting at 2 stars right now is that I got the unsweetened tea I ordered, as silver linings go, that's pretty thin, though.

I understand every restaurant is going to have off days and orders that don't come out the best, and I'm not saying I'm never going to eat there again, but I do feel robbed of 8 dollars since I couldn't eat any of the food I ordered and my review will be sitting at two stars until I see that they can handle a single alteration to a...

Very rude management there by biscuit was hard as a rock took it to the counter dropped on the counter to show them it was hard when first of all they should of never sent it out to anyone as hard as it was. The manager they barely had any teeth was being a smart ass saying I'm not putting up with that u all can go somewhere else the only thing I wanted was a soft biscuit. When they shouldn't of even gave it out in the first place so my sister said we are paying customers and we are so there for you managers shouldn't be smart butt's. So another manager comes up and acts like he's a big shot and tells us to leave when me and my family including 4 kids was trying to eat breakfast. I told them I wasn't leaving because me and my family was eating so he said call the cops. They called the cops and said I through my biscuit at th first of all dropping my biscuit on the COUNTER ISNT THROWING IT AT THEM. The cops came and told us to leave but before we left and the cops came in I told them sorry for wasting there time over a hard biscuit that if the MANAGER THAT HANDED ME THE BISCUIT FELT IT HE SHOULD OF NEVER HANDED OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I HOPE YOU ALL MANAGERS FEEL GOOD ABOUT URSELF FOR CRYING OVER A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR THERE BISCUIT BEING HARD. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. came through the drive thru and ordered a single cheese burger combo which came with fries and a medium drink. All i asked for on the burger was no pickle, no mustard and add mayonnaise. when i parked to eat my food was made wrong so I went back through to ask for them to re make my burger. Didn’t have any problems, the cashier was nice at first. Got my burger and parked again, it was made wrong a 2nd time. Went back through by which at this point my fries are cold and literally stuck together. Ask for them to remake it once again and it was made wrong A THIRD TIME. At this point i’m completely fed up so i go back through to just get a refund and get my money back. The cook remakes it again and try’s to come give me the bag as if he was going to do something and the cashier had to turn him around and send him back to the kitchen. So at this point the cashier gives me 3 dollars back. The combo was close to 6.80. Finally after arguing back and forth telling him I literally just want a full refund and told them they can have every thing back, 3 DIFFERENT BURGERS, a drink, and ice cold fries, he finally gives me 6.50 back.
