Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

We had really hoped this Cici's would be better than the one down the street because it looked newer from the outside, unfortunately that was not the case. The restaurant was dirty; multiple tables (@8pm with restaurant about 1/3 full) were dirty, several areas on the floor with standing water, trash and food, and no ice in the ice machine. I filled out a form for a personal pizza with extra cheese because we have 3 teenagers, myself and my husband and we all eat cheese pizza. When I handed the form to the manager she looked at me and said "just cheese?" I said "yes, extra cheese", she glared at me and said "I have cheese" and pointed to the 5 small slices that were sitting there and she threw my paper away. She didn't ask me why I was asking for cheese pizza, she just threw it away. That is unacceptable behavior, especially for a manager. My son also purchased tokens in the arcade. Every game took 4 tokens. While we were playing basketball, one of the tokens got knocked into a hole in the game and when I explained it to the girl up front and asked her if they had one, (because otherwise we were stuck with 3) and she looked at me like I was an idiot. She gave me a token out of the drawer and I thanked her in spite of how she looked at me. On top of all this, the only food that was good was the salad, everything else was mediocre at best....

Cashier greeted us with friendliness & a smile! Restaurant was very clean with an assistant quickly wiping tables of departing guests & clearing any of the left behind plates of those not familiar with the system of clearing your own plates at the end of your dinner. Floors around the soda machines were clean and free of any stickiness left from spilled drinks! Always a plus in my book. Pepperoni Pizza (the only one I ate) was very good..( I'm particular when it comes to the crust being cooked all the way through) & the salad bar was well maintained. Items were fresh & invitingly displayed. Dressings were served in squeeze bottles keeping area void of drippings. Now here is my only complaint! There was an area with a sign reading "specialized pizza ordered here". Not sure that was necessary unless it offered glutton free & not sure if that's possible but....it stopped production on the regular pizza & at one time 6 types were empty with lines starting to build. After the lines were unacceptable with no where to stand- a lady starting throwing pizza in every available oven. Once cooked- she sliced those babies with speed & precision of a white knight & in minutes each pizza station was filled! A sight to see! Wow I can not believe that just happened. My family and I had a good meal but 20 minutes before they closed they turned away a large family of at least 7 people ($70 in sales) and they have over 6 pizzas sitting waiting to be eaten along with tons of desserts. I feel so bad for the owner of this location. The bigger lady who looks to be in her 30s with a black shirt on turned the group away and then told the manager I was nice about it and then nothing was done about it. To whomever owns this establishment, I want to apologize for what that team member just did. I will follow this up with your corporate office as well. I am not sure if you actually use momentfeed to keep an eye on these reviews but I want to make sure you, the owner, knows directly. It is your establishment and your guests who your team's decisions effect everyday and things like that hurt me to my core when I know there is a family somewhere that relies on the success of this place to help pay their bills. Let it be the owner to the least paid team member, everyone of you rely on your guests spending money and turning them away hurts each and everyone of those people in your...
