I would like to preface this review by stating this store has some incredibly nice delivery drivers! I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with all that I have seen. Today I called an order for delivery, and after getting off of the phone it seemed that they had not applied the discount code I had. I called back as soon as I noticed and said that I don’t believe my discount had been applied. The woman on the phone simply said “I did apply it.” Then sat the phone down and walked off. I initially thought she was double checking, but after some time of her not responding to me, I hung up and attempted to call back. She answered my call and hung up. I tried calling back again and she hung up on me again. When my order arrived she passive aggressively circled my total and wrote discount by it. It would be a lot easier to simply explain that in my opinion, as I said I was not being rude whatsoever, simply inquiring about my order/total. I have worked in customer service my entire life, I do understand people have bad days. However, I was not being rude whatsoever, just trying to get information on my order and that is the reaction I got from this employee. It prompted me to look at more of their recent reviews and it appears people get hung up on a lot at this location, which is incredibly unprofessional and quite rude frankly. If you get angry due to a customer asking a question, it would benefit you and everyone else to seek another type of job. Read moreI placed an order for 4 pizzas for my family, detailing each of them for the clerk taking the order, halfway through my order she answers the phone with no acknowledgement that she was already taking my order. As luck would have it, she got 2 of my pizzas completely wrong. My wife noticed it when I got home because my mother-in-law is gets ill from tomatoes and this pizza had marinara sauce when I had ordered alfredo specifically for this reason. I accepted the loss and returned to the store and placed yet another order. I had to place it at the store because when I called nobody ever answered the phone. I placed my order again and emphasized that the pizza could not have marinara or tomatoes of any kind on it, the clerk then told me that she knew what alfredo meant and told me what the price was. I informed her that the pizza I had received prior to me returning was wrong so I was making sure she heard me. She placed the credit card machine in front of me and and said there would be a few questions, these asked for the amount of tip I intended. When she saw me press $0.00, she huffed and snatched the machine back. A) She is an hourly employee who screwed up my order and cost me money, why would I give her a tip. B) As a former food industry worker and now healthcare worker, I am horrified that people perform their job so carelessly. Read moreOur family is renting a cabin in the mountains. We got here after a long drive and decided to place a rather large order at this restaurant ($132 dollars worth of pizza). Even though we aren’t familiar with the area or driving in mountains - my brother in law navigated his way and picked it up for us. He Tipped the front staff 20 dollars and headed back to the cabin. Upon his return we found we were missing 2 large pizzas (the basic ones for the kids - cheese and pepperoni). When we called to inform them we were told we had to speak to the manager Megan. The moment she picked up my brother in law was taken aback by how rude she was. He even went as far as to apologize that she had to come speak to us about this issue and for the inconvenience of that. She was not helpful at all- and suggested to us we drive again 30 minutes each way down an unfamiliar mountain at 8:45pm to get the missing two pizzas and a refund for them on our card was out of the question. Even when explaining to her that our large family was renting a cabin and we just arrived ( no groceries- fridge bare) she continued to repeat she can only remake them and we would need to come pick them up- no refund. I do not suggest doing business with this establishment as they generally do not care about correcting their mistakes and treat their customers as inconveniences. It was not difficult to refund the missing pizzas if they were not able to bring them- but to insist that the only solution is for us to go get them to correct their mistake...
