Four Bandits Old Time Photo — Local services in Pigeon Forge

We had a scheduled reservation at 1pm the photographer was running very very behind and we wait almost an hour for our reservation. My family and i understood she was only one there, and said we were fine we were just excited because it was our first time doing this. The photographer Jamie was sooo rude to us!! She bosed us around like we were children and was not friendly at all. I went to put on shoes because I thought I got them with my outfit she bit my head off and said you don't get those. There were prop guns no sign on them not to touch and we were just standing there waiting they snapped at my brother to not touch and they guaranteed those guns were more expensive than a picture for us to buy. Jamie the photographer took ok pictures she didn't cover up my daughter's shoes in any of the pictures so they showed and the portraits were very very dark background. She also seemed inconvenienced when we asked for another pose of 4 of us separate so much that I didn't even feel comfortable asking for one of just my daughter and I. I had bought a Groupon for 12.50 for a print out and the shots and I thought additional photos would be reasonably priced. Additional pictures to just get digital copies were soooooo expensive, for 10 digital it was 179. For one printed black and white was 40 or 50 for a color on just some regular picture paper. I would say for the unfriendly photographer and ok photos it was super expensive but Paid the super expensive 179 for ONLY 10 digital photos because i did love the one picture of my daughter and my aunt and uncle wanted a picture this was cheapest option. Our experience at Four Bandits Old Time Photo wasn’t really a bad one but for the reasons I’m going to explain is why I believe they deserved three stars.

We purchased our package through a Groupon special and came in to schedule our appointment. We scheduled with a lady for exactly an hour and a half later in the day then we left there to find something to do until it was our appointment time. When we arrived (on-time) for our appointment the lady said that unfortunately another coworker let another group come over from a different location and that they took our spot and we would have to reschedule. We rescheduled hesitantly and even considered asking for a refund being that she didn’t have the decency to call us to tell us she had given our appointment away before we made our way back to their location.

On our appointment date when we came in they took many many shots even though we had only paid for the family shot in hopes that they could up sell a package to us. When we came in I initially told the lady we only wanted what we paid for so I feel like the other photos were a waste of time. When we told the employee we were good with the photo we had and didn’t want their packages they charged me $6 more for the color they had added to the photo..

The photographer was very nice but I think we will try a different Old Time Photo location...

If I had to choose only one memory from our family vacation to keep forever, it would be the day we travel back in time! If you are planning a trip to Pigeon Forge Tennessee I would recommend The four Bandits old time photo! 👍👍✅✅✅

I am thankful that they accepted us as a walk in and had patience with my three-year-old daughter! They devoted 2 hours of time laughs and smiles! They made us feel like we were at home and part of family!

Kagney( head photographer) & Anna(wardrobe/photographer) were a pleasure to work & and gave outstanding customer service! These ladies really love the career they have chosen! It shows because of the amount of time and care they provided!

Funny thing about this whole trip I prepaid on Groupon for a lot of of the family fun activities! How are them saved underneath my social media names😅

As certified diamontologist I take a lot of pride in what I do and try to make it fun for every customer I work with. I have over 20 years customer service it takes a lot wow me!
