I do cabin and home maintenance and this is 100% my go-to hardware store. I will avoid Lowe’s and Home Depot at all costs if at all possible.

Very rarely do I come across something I can’t buy here, but I’ve been shopping here for years and know pretty much all of what they don’t carry, so it’s no big deal when they don’t have an item. I don’t think I’ve ever gone in for something that they typically carry and find it not in stock. They’re proactive in keeping products on the shelves and keeping the store clean and organized.

I adore the staff, they’re all friendly and helpful, and practically family at this point. The prices are not only comparable to the big box stores, often I find they’re even cheaper.

The location is so convenient, most of the time when I have an idea of what I might need for the day, I can stop in to grab the parts on the way to the service call, it makes my day go so much smoother and faster, and they always have me laughing...

Extraordinarily helpful staff. I think that these guys know a bit about everything! They seem to be knowledgeable about all things hardware! As a woman, I've never before experienced such kind and respectful service, advice and explanations of what most people consider "guy stuff". They patiently answered even my dumbest questions and made sure that I got exactly what I needed, understand WHY I needed each particular item, and exactly how to use them. AND they gave me a poster of the Ten Commandments! From now on Pigeon Forge Hardware will be the ONLY place I shop for...

Re: Lisa Morgan's comment. I agree that the comment was unacceptable but it came from one employee that my understanding has now been dealt with. This Mom and Pop store has been nothing but giving and caring for the community.
