Pros. Very cost effective. Great location. Offers a huge variety of classes, programs, and equipment.
Cons. I signed up. Next day, I arrived and scanned my pass at the front desk which is used to get in. It didn't work. I waited for the gal to get off the phone, and told her what happened. She, very rudely, said she'd let me in but from now on if I forgot my pass, it would be $1 to get in. I told her I didn't forget it, I was holding it, and it didn't scan. She took it, fixed it, slid it back to me and said... well, if you forget it, it'll be $1 to get in. No sorry for assuming or nothing. Just rude demeanor. Also, too many middle school kids and high schoolers just loitering. The local busses actually drop them off here after school each day. Probably to hang until parents get off work, but many hang around. I went to use a matte and there was a girl literally asleep on it. Next to her on that matte, teenage boy on his phone with his feet propped on his backpack. This type of behavior is all over the workout/fitness center on the 2nd level. EVERY day. Finally, I've never been to a gym where literally no one wipes equipment after using it. And the people that work there just sit in the "trainer office" on their phones, or chatting with their friends. Would be great if they'd actually walk around and engage with people and maybe enforce some of...
Read moreHonestly I love this place. It is always clean and family friendly. My problem is they are strict on their policy of only putting the bumpers up for 10 and under. Why is this even something to care about? Theoretically, it is possible that bumpers could be damaged but vandals can damage anything. Normal people bowling a normal game certainly wouldn't do any damage to the bumpers. This is why other bowling centers do not care if you use bumpers. The only thing that you should care about is that your customers have a good experience. That they are happy and having fun. Sometimes bowlers are learning, or maybe have never bowled before, or are just really extraordinarily bad at bowling or just don't have an athletic bone in their body..... They still want to have a good time with their friends. What does it cost you to put bumpers up? Literally nothing. Which is why, as infrequently as we go, we prefer to go places that just don't care about...
Read moreAs far as the bowling activities: the building itself doesn't look like much at all as it includes more than just the bowling lanes. In fact, we had to call to confirm that they were in fact there. The lanes were on the shorter side and multiple lanes began malfunctioning and not working. The music was not favorable and no one was there on a Saturday night if that says anything. The staff just kept suggesting that we switch lanes. For nearly an hour, half of my party spent their time sitting and waiting for the lanes to be fixed. We asked for a partial refund at the very least and management refused to provide that. We were not offered any drinks/snacks while we waited either. They offered additional free games, however I notified them that my party was from out of town, leaving the next morning, and had another reservation immediately afterwards and we couldn't stay any longer. Then, we are told they had a no...
