Giving this place zero stars if Google would let me. Absolutely terrible, terrible experience. Went here after a Pirates game to celebrate our friends Bridal festivities, around 6pm. We ordered ONE beer and a bunch of waters (which the bartender gave me a snotty look about ordering 4 waters for our friends, even though it was 95 degrees out). Husband went to the bathroom and came out with a bouncer kicking him and all of us out because he "stumbled" in the bathroom. Cordially asked why we were being kicked out, and bouncer went off on how everyone was "visibly intoxicated," meanwhile we were standing there having a normal conversation with them trying to ask what we did wrong. I even showed him that we were drinking water cause we've been in the sun and 95 degree heat all day. I would understand if we did something wrong or clearly were visibly intoxicated and being obnoxious, but the power trip with these bouncers is unreal. Keep in mind this was 6pm - the bar was empty, and this was not a late night kind of deal. Not only that, they kicked our entire group out, and wouldn't let our friend even STAND there to get his WIFE. I understand and respect removing someone thats visibly intoxicated, but we did nothing wrong and they kicked our ENTIRE group on their bridal celebration day out. We have been here many times and have seen the disgusting things that this bar allows without kicking others out. I have seen girls dancing ON the bar and literally fall off the bar because they are so trashed that they cant even stand up straight, yet nothing happens to them and we're the ones that get kicked out. Which I cant see how the bar would be easy to fall off of, considering how sticky it is from all the spilled beer and dirty shoe bottoms (yes, on the same bar where they serve your drinks). Absolutely absurd, and they lost a TON...

Really not impressed with this place went here today before the pirates game. 5 adults and 2 kids. Immediately noticed how dirty it is. We had to use the restroom upon arrival due to the two hour drive to Pittsburgh. The floor was so sticky. When we arrived back at our table (also sticky even had some type of label stuck to it) our server came and got our drink order, dropped of the drinks and immediately walked off, didn’t say any appetizers, I’ll be right back nothing. A few minutes later he came back took our food order then we never saw him again. Another male server checked on us once, and a completely different man brought our food. Which the appetizer came with everything else. One man in our party ordered tots and got bottom of the barrel fries (little pieces that had been under the heat lamp too long). My son’s hot dog was wrinkly it was so over cooked, I ordered chips as a side and they were stale and bland. My fiance was asked by the bathroom attendant if he had money and he said no, to which he replied “we have a atm” we didn’t expect a pub to have a bathroom attendant. Another female server got us refills and asked if we wanted the checks. when the man in our party mentioned how he didn’t order fries and they were unacceptable fries anyway he wanted that taken of the check she had to get a manager. The manager came and said I can bring you tots (we were done eating) he said no thank you just take them off the manager rolled his eyes and left. Then we waited and waited for our checks. No one brought them. I ended up going to the bar and said we would like our checks now. Finally they came and it was the same waitress. All in all not great food especially for the price, terrible service and disgusting...

I will never be returning. I understand there are rules in place for when you get busted, needing to scan ID, but maybe don’t do anything illegal to get busted for and you will never have that issue. There was absolutely no reason a 50 y/o father of the 21st birthday girl was not allowed in when with a large group of younger girls. Not only that but another person in our party also stepped out of line for not having his id but somehow snuck in and that’s perfectly fine🤦🏻‍♀️ When we had rented out 3 booths for the night and they decided to give us all issues at midnight trying to go in. Not only that, the bouncers were handing all of our ids to one person. 12+ ids handed back to a single person. The first time I was in line was around 11:45, they were handed back to someone in my party who didn’t know me very well. I said I’d take my id back and go elsewhere as they weren’t going to let some of our party in. Little dumb bouncer claimed I snatched it out of her hand. I had taken it out of the hands of someone in my party. Not the bouncer. I go back up in line at midnight with the birthday girl and they single out another person in my group. All of us clearly over 21. We’re all finally let in. It’s a male bouncer this time. He stops me walking in the door and says “there’s a girl in there you do not want to get drinks off of” okay way to make me feel real safe. I head to the bathroom with the other girl they singled out. Tell me why the bouncer took it upon herself to hunt me down and personally escort me out the door? Saying I snatched stuff out of her hands. Idk just poor service all around and you...

Every city I go, I try to search for the best place to truly have some fun when it comes to night life. Traveling through town for The Raiders-Steelers game, we found McFaddens and knew we'd found our spot. Spent from 6p to 130am here, over $250 later in drinks and dinner, called it a night. A fantastic party for both fan bases to get together and have some fun. They had a great DJ, and prices were reasonable, at about $6 per beer average and our meal was somewhere around $12-15. The food was absolutely incredible, bar tenders, security, and all staff in general was all super accommodating and welcoming. The establishment is separated into two bars, a front and back, but the wall can be lifted to expand for capacity crowds. Outside patio is spacious, and gives you a fantastic view of the river and skyline. After about 10p, it quickly turns into a college night life atmosphere and is insanely crowded - which I enjoyed immensely. If you're into partying, want great drinks, and great food and are looking to truly have a good time this is top of my recommendations for Pittsburgh! Awesome atmosphere that I'll never forget and will certainly be returning to when I come back to the city.

Holy moly, I just had the best pretzel I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. OK the menu says giant pretzel. I gotta tell you it’s not a giant pretzel. It’s an incredibly giant huge enormous freaking pretzel. And it’s not just big it’s freaking delicious, the best darn pretzel I’ve ever eaten. if you come here and you should order the pretzel, but make sure you’ve got at least one other person or maybe even truthfully two or three other people to help you because this pretzel will fill two people up completely. Our friends got the Irish sampler and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Staff is super friendly. The service is great and the bar selection is second and none. Seriously the picture doesn’t do it justice, but the pretzel is enormous definitely too big for one and almost too big for two. The honey, mustard that comes with it is fantastic. We unfortunately could not try the queso because it had garlic. It does come with garlic butter on it, but they were kind enough to do it without that and I gotta tell you it was delicious. Amazing service from Madelyn !! Super friendly and efficient ! Come here and get a pretzel.

At a Pirate game decided to stop here for food and drinks. Amaretto sours were super yummy...made to perfection! We got the sampler which was really good with a variety of their offerings of appetizers. We chose the razzmatazz wings: very good. We also tried the spinach artichoke crab dip...it was served with pita and potato chips: it was just okay. I ordered the Dublin burger: excellent. And the rest of the family ordered cheeseburgers: all served with double patties, huge, and delicious. You could choose fries, tots or chips. All very good. Overall very pleased with food selections. Everything was ready pretty quickly too. It was a little warm inside, which we were trying to get inside somewhere cool from the heat. Didn't happen. Our server was very nice and prompt with filling our drinks and offerings. She was great! Restrooms were well maintained too.
