The worst dining experience at this restaurant! I like to give credit where credit is due, so please read to the end. First, upon arrival, empty parking lot, that is never a good sign. Next, waitress was promptly at our table, most likely due to the fact there was no one there. It was about 445 on a Monday, but there wasn't anyone there when we left about 6pm either. Even on a Monday, this is prime dinner hour for this area. I ordered the filet mignon with the garlic butter topping, salad, and mashed potatoes for my sides. I ordered a coke and a water, and the meal came with rolls. Almost flat soda, my water, one straw, and rolls arrived promptly. Rolls and butter were fairly tasteless. My salad had a lot of browned edges and I had to pick them out. Food arrived promptly, almost too promptly to be cooked to order, my garlic butter didn't melt as the meat wasn't very hot. I tried my mashed potatoes first, gluey and not seasoned properly. The steak was cooked ok, (again, not hot), but tasted funny. I wasn't sure it was the steak or butter topping, so I sent it back. I let the waitress talk me into getting another steak without the topping. The manager brought out a sirloin, and when I asked him if this was a filet mignon, he lied to my face and said yes. I cut into it as he requested, even though it was not sent back for level of doneness, and it cut and looks a like a sirloin. Next, I noticed something on the side of my glass, (of course, after I drank some), some black stuff. I was praying it was on the outside, but no, as I scraped the inside of my glass with my straw, all kinds of gross black stuff slid into the bottom of my glass. The waitress was super kind as she probably recites the same apologies to many customers. I asked her to go tell her manager about this. As expected, the manager never came back over and neither did she. Who knows , they probably thought I was after a free meal, I can assure you, I was not. I paid my bill with a 15% tip, I normally tip 20%, but couldn't this time. Another review said the meat tasted microwaved and I am sure it was after this experience. I give excellent reviews to all kinds of services that I receive, this place will never get my business again and I will never recommend...
Read moreHad an awful experience tonight we have a big family so it makes eating out hard enough for us right now with the 6 people to a table limit but that why we call ahead and at least try and get tables next to each other which is what we did tonight at Logans but when we arrived we were seated at two different tables which were diagonal from each other so it made it hard but that was fine we dealt with it. Then our server seemed very frantic running around and got our drink orders and then we asked for rolls which we didnt recieve until 20 minutes later and within that time not one of us was asked if we would like to order appetizers or order the food. She dropped our drinks off staggered and then just disappeared. I get I'd your busy but that's just not good service and then when we finally asked her if we could order we yelled to our other table if they had already ordered or not and one of my family members said no our waitress just dropped off drinks and disappeared and then our waitress proceeded to say I'm going to put your appetizer orders in and disappeared again. Then a very rude woman came back to our table and said I'm going to take care of you because now I have two people crying back there. Then proceeded to tell us we were lying about the seating arrangement. Didnt apologize about any of the inconvenience to us or even try to make anything right. I get it, people have bad days sometimes things get messed up and you get stressed but that is what managment is for to make things right when customers have a bad experience not be completely unprofessional and tell your customers your employees are crying over a comment and not try to make anything right to people who have spent literally tons of money in that exact restaurant over many years. So we paid for our drinks and leave where we went to a nice Mexican food restaurant down the road where we got amazing service and the food was amazing it's right behind the rickers/get go on w...
Read moreThe only reason this isn't getting a two star, like all the rest, is because the hostess was super friendly. Listen, I do understand that businesses can be busy right now because everybody's trying to readjust to being back open. The only reason they're having staff difficulties is because they were seen as essential workers, but certainly not paid that and people have kind of woke up to that now. Not only does this restaurant, but every restaurant around is short staffed. Pay the people. Quit pushing off inconveniences of your lack of doing business onto the customers and drivers. I went in today and gave them the name of the person I was going to pick up for, and then the hostess talked over her system to let them know I was there for pickup. 15 minutes later of me sitting and waiting patiently, she tells another person to go back there and check on it. He asked what the name was. He then shows back up with not only my meal, but multiple other drivers deliveries as well. What is the point of the system that they have in place, if they don't use the system? Never should a driver be waiting at any restaurant for over 5 to 10 minutes max. These times were created on purpose so pickup times are a bit later than originally ordered. When drivers first initially pick up calls, it is guaranteed with the thought process, that we are not going to be stuck waiting at a restaurant. We do not get paid for waiting. When a restaurant creates this bottleneck, it's not just the customers that pay, but also the drivers. The customers pay because now they are paying a premium for a meal that is subpar, and the driver's pay because now I've spent an hour of my time for $8 not including the gas it took for the delivery. So then rather something taking a half an hour it took double the time. These businesses would not allow their employees to act like that so why are...
