Starbucks — Restaurant in Plano

This is the only Starbucks I thought to write a review for. I'm so impressed. The barrista/cashier is an african american man with gold teeth, he is really the best most friendly barrista I have seen. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap, and asked for decaf, and normally that is it. He proceeded to ask if I wanted to take out the coffee completely, and it will just be chocolate (he said it's called cream-based frappucino). In fact he also said that there is another version which he can put some shot or something in that doesn't have caffeine but has the taste of coffee. I am really sensitive to caffeine and whenever I think of getting a coffee at Starbucks (cos I like the taste), I am hesitant because sometimes even a venti decaf is too much for me. As I am sitting down, he talked to the next customer and called her name, which he said he is not sure but he thinks so, and the lady said, yes that's her name. He even rems customers' names! I don't think I have had so many surprises at a Starbucks before. And therefore I am writing this review. I think there's no one else with an upper row of gold teeth around, so you know who you are. - Thank you for a pleasant morning....

Sooooooo, ruuuuuude I don't know who s the lady but today 1/12/19 at 7.30 pm I was waiting to get a coffee ...then a lady came to me ...like ..kind angry mood and told me " we are close" , I am sorry but we are close ...then I said ok....and she replies saying "I need a brake you know" ...... ok I feel totally disagree because I don't even knew that she was getting a brake...and I didn't want to bother anybody ....Be careful sturbucks...Hire better people to care your bussiness ...customer service first ...she needs to take a rest but, she also needs to habe a...

Jamar and Brandon helped me today and they are the most amazing people I’ve been in contact with. Jamar is great with members. While waiting for my order, another customer came up and asked for him by name to compliment him on making his drink the way he likes it because it hadn’t been right at all of the Starbucks he has visited. I held a great conversation with him after I had my drink because that’s how much I enjoyed them.
