This Plant City location has the best food and best service.
03/17/2025 Okay... yesterday was a horrible experience. There was a woman working there that was out of uniform with what looked like stains on the shirt she was wearing. At first I didn't know she worked there by the way she was talking to other employees and kept going in and out the doors. It didn't effect me or so I thought until I sat there and people were get their orders and I wasn't.
Apparently this woman was supposed to have brought my food out to me and it was set off to the side because when I walked up to the counter the younger guy asked how can I help you, didn't know I was waiting for food. ( food was still missing from my bag as I was inspecting it the tin and plastic lid would not fit together because the woman smashed it. The young began to explain what happened to her and the woman went mad crazy on him. She began smacking her hands and yelling to the boys face.
This just off to the side but in full view of the counter. Then a customer from my side of the counter i think knew her because she started talking to the woman as if she knew her.
I just standing there, looking as if can I just get my food please and let me go. But nope my food was being held hostage as the boy had my food another employee came up and looked surprised I had not had my order completed (mind you she was about to ask me something when she put her index finger up indicating hold on as she began to investigate and left me at the counter) as she passed by I asked if I could get a Italian cheesecake. She was understanding and knew why I asked. ( I got the wrong cheesecake damn it... anyway)
I thought the effort of giving me a free dessert was plenty enough and the fact I've never had a bad experience here. ( I drive over from Mulberry) all combined

Read moreI placed my order on the kiosk and payed but no receipt was given due to the machine being out of paper. I thought nothing of it I grabbed my cup and sat with my friends. When I did recieve my food my friend were still waiting and they were there 15 before me and payed for there meals. I begin to eat and my friend goes up front and asked for a ETA on his food. They told him it was being worked on. Shortly after a lady comes to our table and request our receipts because they had no record of my friends order. We told the lady the machine didn't have paper so no receipt were given. My friend shows the lady the payment on his phone from the bank and she says ok I will see. The lady came back and request my Receipt I told her I didn't have one and she requested to see my payment on my phone because she didn't believe me. I did show her the payment on my phone with no problem. This was so unprofessional and embarrassing! My friends never received there food and couldn't get a refund because the manager didn't know how that worked. My friend did recieve a gift card with his money on it. Ravioli garlic chicken is the best, but had a coupon on the Fazolis app for a sampler plate (Spaghetti w/ a meatball, lasagna, and Fettuccine Alfredo), so decided to give it a try. My husband had spaghetti with meatballs. I've never tasted the meatballs before, and it definitely wasn't my forte. I didn't like the flavor, or mushy texture. I asked my husband if this was the norm for the meatballs, he said yes. The outer edging of the lasagna was pushing the drier/crunchier side of things, and truth be told, I decided that I didn't really care for the sauce on it, or the spaghetti. I generally don't eat the dishes that use the "red sauce," and now I know why. The employees (RJ and Michelle) were great! Helpful, attentive, and did inquire about how our meal was. I did relay this information, they apologized, and said I should've said something, and they'd have made it right. Said it wasn't their fault that the meatballs were mushy, and that I didn't like the flavor of the "red sauce," as they're working with what they've been given.
