KFC — Restaurant in Plant City

After witnessing what goes on in this restaurant I will never eat at this location again. My wife and I stopped at this KFC on our way back to Tampa while passing through Plant City. As I stood in line there were two customers in front of me, two customers behind me and another customer that just walked in the door with a bag of food. The customer with a bag of food walks up to the counter and says "excuse me." The KFC employee comes over to her and says "yes can I help you?" The customer tells her, " I ordered two pieces of white meat and you gave me two pieces of dark meat." The employee says, " oh, you were the one that called." The employee apologized and took the food and exchanged it for her. Then the employee opens the bag of returned food, took the chicken out and put it back on the rack with the rest of the freshly cooked chicken! Then she reused the Box that the old chicken was given to the customer in. I could not believe she put that chicken back on the rack with the rest of the chicken. Who knows what that lady did with that chicken before she brought it back. I was so disgusted we left...

Second time I wasted my time going to this location. First time it was 830p and was told they didn't have what I wanted. This time I ordered online at 745p. Arrived at the location at 800p. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told they were very busy earlier and ran out of all chicken. I was told to go back on the app and cancel my order. I said I can wait for fresh chicken. She replied we aren't cooking anything more, we shut down. Couldn't figure out how to cancel order on the app. Apparently neither could any of the staff who recommended I cancel on the app. Had to call a 1800 number. After 30 minutes of speaking to humans who read from a script " I am very sorry...." Ugh. Last time I will visit this location. Church's Chicken is way better I was being lazy and didn't want to drive up there. I get that crap happens but when the excuse was " we were really busy" just...

If i could give negative 5 stars i would!! I was first customer in line to order food. Saw multiple customers after me recieve their order while i recieved nothing. After 5 minutes i mentioned something to manager and told her to cancel my order and asked for my money back, she said the person who was supposed to bag my food clocked out and instructed someone else to get my food. That person took an additional few minutes to prepare my food. The manager simply ignored my request for my cash back and was upset when i was persistant on recieving my money back! The place was un organized, no lids for drinks, the people working there acted like they had no clue what they were doing. I will never order from this place again....
