Beach Shack — Restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach

Went there on Tuesday before 8 AM. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel. The coffee was fresh and strong (holding up nicely to a long pour of sweet hazelnut creamer). The sandwiches were ready before I took my second sip of coffee. The eggs were fried just right and the yolk's mixing with the cheese was awesome. Bacon was crisp enough but retained the greasy goodness of a great side of bacon at a diner. For the For the bagel lovers I say this: the bagels are not quite as good as the ones you might find in a small bagel shop north of the Driscoll Bridge but they are some of the better bagels I've had down the shore. This place is awesome. The owner/staff are very friendly. We have been coming here for several years now while on vacation. We come from North Jersey, and the prices here are almost identical to what we pay for comparable items up there. For that reason, I will always frequent this spot. It's a bonus that every breakfast sandwich we have ordered has been PERFECT. My only gripe is that they are not open when we come down here...
