Top That! Donuts — Restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach

Pregnant and Asked to use their restroom, they refused. Great people. Used to love coming here, but never again. Regardless of the pandemic, that’s horrible to do a person, a pregnant person, when there’s no bathrooms available anywhere For another 2 hours. They were the only business close enough I could find that was open. I begged them and they still couldn’t make an exception. Ended up having to tinkle in a cup in my car. Cause somehow that’s more reasonable to them than being able to use their bathroom for 30 seconds. I offered to buy as many donuts as I had to. If restaurants can let you use their bathroom, why can’t a customer of their business use their restroom? It’s up to the owner to make this call and by all means protect your staff but I’d like to think the owner has a family and has had a pregnant wife or was the pregnant wife. Being pregnant in a pandemic is difficult enough, then there’s people like this. Today was our first time in here, and because of the pandemic they are only open for takeout. Still, lucky us! We had the pleasure of meeting Bre, she helped us quickly, efficiently, and was super friendly. Its really awesome to see the topping bar and watch your donuts being made. They were seriously delicious. 10/10 would and WILL recommend to anyone and everyone. Customer service experience was great, time was no issue whatsoever (even though we would wait and wait and WAIT for these donuts if we needed to), friendly attitude of staff, cleanliness was definitely up to par, and we're excited to eat in when the place is fully back up and running because the atmosphere is so cool. This is a cool place. If you like to let your guests pick their own crazy donuts, this is the place. They literally make every order fresh right in front of you while you wait. There is an automatic donut conveyor that makes the donut that then gets topped. It is a cool experience to see and I am taking my dad back there. I will also take the grandkids.
