I really felt like I was taking a gamble going back to this location tonight after my last experience last month. At that time I ordered three cheeseburgers, two of them with modifications. I think plain and no onion isn’t much of a challenge. I get to the window the first time: All 3 have just ketchup. “Pull forward” during a ten minute period I began to see people pull over, get out of the cars to enter the building with their bags of food. Mk more mistakes. A manager comes to my window half way through and first and only words are, “So what did you order?” I explain. She walks back inside. No apologies. Then, a young man walks with a bag- I check the burgers- and they are literally the same exact ones. Send em back only with an employee response, “I don’t know, I’m not the only making them” and I repeatedly had to tell him my order. The simple one right? During another waiting period, customers were blocking the drive thru, yelling through the window at associates, just udder chaos. After a full 29 minutes the young man walks back out with my third bag. All three cheeseburgers are plain. 😳🤯🤬 He mutters an apology- nobody offers a a partial refund, a soda on the house- nothing. Bringing me tonight, in a rush to get home with my little- I hesitate, but at least skip the drive thru. Well no one at the counter to greet you for several minutes. Then that same young man walks up to the register. Just looks at me. I’m waiting for a “Hello” or “May I take your order?” Instead, I get a blank face and he points to the register and asks “do you want to order something?” Like I’m a the stupid idiot who doesn’t know how this works. Customer service is dead. Food order was correct tonight but i had 3 slivers of onions and one pickle on my quarter pounder. And tasted like spit. Attitudes everywhere, ask for extra sauce & only got one packet instead of one of each or more, & the staff is always yelling at the crew or customers cause they don't wanna deal with anything or help... the managers need more training & truly some of the crew does too. The new GM is a thief since I know her from another store & asked what happened to her & the staff over there said she got fired... I don't know how she became a GM at this store & was so rude to me when asking for a refund when there was a hair in my food... no one was wearing hair nets/beard nets, the food smells old & taste like it's been sitting there, even when I do ask for cook to order, comes out raw & slapped together quick with what looks like they punch or elbow drop on it to make it fit inside the wrapper... no one up in there has any good service or communication skills & don't even get me started on how they always forget things... on a good note tho, I hope the boy with blond hair still works there cause I haven't seen him in a bit & says "have a better one tho." He used to always make my day with a smile on his face & always try to do what he can to satisfy me & my kids, but after repeatedly messing up & playing the blame game while slamming the window to get me out faster for their times, won't be having my business here any longer. Read moreToday i went to the drive through. I ordered 1 daily double sandwich and a lg fry, with a medium dr pepper. When i got to the pay window i realized after she ran my card, that she rang me up for the wrong order, she said i paid less for the wrong meal and they didn't do a refund or ring it up the right way, she said they would be sure to get the right food at the next window, when i got there they verbally confirmed what i had ordered, gave me my drink and made me pull up to the waiting area and they would give me my food there. I waited atleast 10 minutes more minutes. The finally brought me my food, asked if i had a daily double and lg fry, i said yes, she gave me the bag, i opened it up to check before i drove off and realized they gave me a sandwich and a medium fry, not a large but at this point i had to get back to work so i didn't even bother complaining again, but when i got my sandwich out, i realized there was an extra sandwich hiding under the napkins, which i thought they did just for the inconvenience, until i looked at it closer and realized they gave me 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. After all of that they still gave me the wrong order, even after asking if i had a daily double and lg fry.
