Anna's Chocolate Cafe and Bubble tea — Restaurant in Portland

Zero star, disgusting food handling. The lady with strong accent was playing with her phone when I went in for a bubble tea. After she got my bubble tea order, she pulled out dirty cups, cans and other stuff from tiny kitchen sink, and set them on the side of sink. She didn't wash her hands yet. Then she started making my bubble tea. She opened a package, poured them in a bowl then, started rinsing bubbles (still she did not wash her hands yet) with hands. I was watching the whole process what was happening in the little kitchen, I told her her food handling is disgusting...

So, I went to this chocolate café called Anna’s Chocolate Café and Bubble Tea. It’s a small shop inside a larger building. When you walk in, it’s right by the escalator. The chocolates looked a bit odd, not very appetizing. They were selling them for $3 to $4 each. I ended up buying two of them, just because I felt awkward leaving after saying hi to the person working there. They tasted just like regular chocolates you buy at the store, which I wasn’t impressed with. But if you’re interested,...

The truffle chocolates are very good. The chocolates alone are 5/5.

The bubble tea was bad. You cannot taste the tea at all. It just tastes like drinking water. The bubble tea would be like 0/5.

If I would only come back just for the chocolates...
