If I could give more than 5 stars for the service here, I would. And the coffee was amazing too!

It’s hard finding good coffee when one travels. This is a place I highly recommend. I’ll talk about the coffee and service first, and for those who aren’t local, how to find the place when the center is closed because it’s not easy.

First about the service… there are not words to describe how friendly and helpful they are here. They spent so much time with me, explaining the grinds, showing me the pour over method they use, and talking about all things coffee. Yes, I bought the pour over “contraption” they use. It makes an AMAZING cup of coffee. They helped me up my coffee game at home, and I will be forever grateful.

The coffee… I’m a cappuccino drinker in the morning, and a black coffee drinker in the afternoon. Both were excellent. Better than any other place I tried in the area.

How to find them… the center is closed when the shop is open. On the top floor of the center there is an entrance where the medical offices are. Enter there, and take the elevator or stairs to the floor below (if you get there early enough the escalators aren’t on yet!!). Well worth the adventure of...

I came in to the mall today looking for something to drink, and I thought this place looked cute. I have bad anxiety and it’s hard for me to talk to others, so I had my boyfriend order my drink (a large iced chai) while I stood to the side. I then watched as the man taking orders not only started acting very aggressive to my boyfriend, but actually started swearing at him. I then tried to go order for myself because I was really thirsty. The only words I had said to him were ‘Excuse me sir’ when he then told me he was ‘having a bad day’ and to ‘go bother someone else’ When i stated that I wasn’t trying to bother anyone, he simply said ‘well, you’re bothering me’ I am genuinely appalled to be treated like this for no reason. It’s unacceptable to act like that, no matter how your day is going. I will not...

Today was my first time trying to order from this shop and the man working accused me and my boyfriend of scheming? I then was sworn at by the man working, was told my order was refused and security was threatened to be called on us. The man working at the shop had also shared that he was having a bad day, I am truly sorry about the day he’s having but unfortunately that is no excuse to treat someone trying to order the was I was treated. Im unimpressed by the level of professionalism in this establishment. I truly don't think it's appropriate for any worker to cuss at potential customers unprovoked.
