Food was good as always, but customer service stunk! 5 employees, 3 of whom looked like thugs with dreadlocks, hats on sideways and attitudes seething with disdain towards the customers. No "WELCOME TO MOE'S". No "Hello". NOTHING. These three never opened their mouth or made any effort to be friendly with any customer in over an hour, but were trading laughs and silly, convoluted handshakes like they just scored a touchdown. The 4th guy I think was the manager and was the ONLY one that spoke as he started the order, "Rice? Beans? Meat?". That's it. My stepdaughter just started rattling off her order, and so he got away with staying completely quiet. The fifth kid was a bit scruffy, but as the only white person working , he was clearly isolated. On another point, the chips were delightfully bland, considering most that you get are overly-salted. And the chips came free whereas at Chipotle, they charge per bag. The music that was playing was a nice mix of oldies and new, more modern songs.
All in all, I would recommend this place to any who would like to experience a build-your-own style restaurant with a heavy influence on an American-Mexican menu priced at roughly $7 - $9 a person. But, as per my personal opinion, I...
