I recently had the pleasure of dining at the most amazing pizza place in town, and I just have to share my experience. This place deserves not just 5 stars, but a whole constellation! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff. The customer service was truly superior, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. Oh boy, where do I begin? The pizza was absolutely divine. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left me wanting more. I must say, this pizza was a true work of art.

Every location has consistently out performed the local competition in the thin crust department. The sauces are masterfully created and carry through to ALL their types of sauce styles. All CLASSIC entree types have a champion level showing, and include that uniquely Chicago touch. Chicago has carried the number 1 spot globally as the Foodie Capital of America. I thought I would never be so lucky when I saw the sign here in Prescott AZ. I thought there was no way it would be as good after 30 years of consistently exceling above the rest back home in Chicago. Yet every single item I've ordered from their classic offerings of entrees and especially their Zaahh right down to every ingredient comblo that I've had the honor to receive. Their product and performance in Presscott has always been heavily complimented and devoured by every guest I've impressed, especially when they visit from Chicago. We are all shocked that the Prescott Rosati's is a such a miracle in this Foodie Dessert.. For the best Pizza in Prescott chose Rosati's Thin Crust Cheese Sausage Pepperoni Mushroom Onion and Garlic... Well Done Until Golden Brown. Read more2/5/2022-Sorry to say, very disappointed. We waited 3 hours for our food, which we never received! (I understand it was on a busy Saturday night. But I called at hour 2 and again at hour 3. The excuse given was that their delivery driver came and knocked on our door "countless" time and called my phone "numerous, numerous" times. All lies! I hope my assumption that it was some sort of delivery such as Door Dash or one that really doesn't care about giving your company a bad name. I'm truly hoping it wasn't their in-house delivery driver. Also very disappointed that the gentleman on the phone said he took off our charge on our charge card prior to the batch close at end of night. My husband had to drive to the restaurant the next day and speak to the manager or worker behind counter and get our money back. We understand busy restaurants, but I do not understand why, the driver lied that we did not answer door or answer calls & took food back. Why management did not call me personally and check. Instead, he just ignored the fact. By far, the worst delivery experience I have ever occurred. Why my husband was not given food coupons on the spot is bewildering. I managed restaurants for 20 years. I think this was handled poorly and if you are using a third party delivery system, it is in the customer's best interest to make that information known.
