Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Providence

I ordered their new grilled chicken sandwich. I’m allergic to tomatoes and asked for no tomatoes on the sandwich when ordering. Before cashing out I noticed the woman didn’t put in no tomato. I asked her again and she assured me the sandwich would be made with no tomato. When signing the receipt I asked again for the second time and she assured me again. After waiting 40mins (holiday season which is fine as I understood the mall was busy) the sandwich was made with tomatoes. With frustration, the supervisor was no help. She apologized but it wasn’t sincere and given with an attitude. She proceeded with stating she would refund me my money back and take the meal away. I became irate! I’m a manager myself and couldn’t believe the customer service I was receiving. So basically I waited 40mins for nothing just to walk away with no food is what she wanted me to do. I refused to take this option. I waited another 15mins for my food to be remade and I didn’t get any refund or some type of sincere customer service in return. If I could I would give them a negative 1. Ok so we ordered our food and watched 2 male employees and 1 female employee walk around in circles confused while people had to use a dirty terminal to order food. Then one employee took one couples order and then went on walking around in circles again. We waited 23 mins on our food then the clueless female employee gave it to the wrong person. See never called out our name because I was watching the whole time. We had to go to the other customers and get our food because they was about to walk off with it. The only person that was actually working was the man on the grill. He did his job and held it down while everyone else just collected hourly wages. I will never I repeat never go to this Johnny Rockets again. This place shouldn’t even be in the mall if they can’t complete simple task burgers and fries. The manager and employees should find work somewhere else. Once again the only person that was doing anything was the guy on the grill. Oh and everyone else was saying the same thing while watching this circus....

I took my girlfriend here for the very first time so she could try American food. She was absolutely amazed at the hamburgers fries and milkshake she has never had any of these things before and thoroughly enjoyed them. The only complaint that we had was at the table was still dirty we ended up cleaning it ourselves and no fault to the staff but you can clearly tell that they are understaffed at this establishment and extremely overworked. From The Busboys waitress waitresses and the cooks they were all working very hard to get everything out as fast as they could and some of them look like they were doing more than two jobs to try and keep up. They absolutely did the best they could. When you have a take-out line that is 15 deep full bar and full tables they seriously need to have more staff on hand for busy nights to help relieve for brakes and just help in areas where it's needed.
