I ordered a coffee from this place, it tasted horrible I went back in to ask if they can remake it, they had nobody behind the register the girl that was cleaning never said hi just asked how am I paying, I said Iām not buying anything may you please redo my coffee itās terrible, another girl came looked at it and walked away,they are so good at customer service they started taking another order listening to the next customer complaint, manager comes in the customer got some type of discount, now 3 staff members still dealing with the same person while Iām still waiting for someone to make my coffee another staff member this time a guy comes and they tell him hey u made this coffee and she wants a new one take care of it , he proceeded to ask me how do I want my coffee, what is it missing what do I need, I said can you please make it right, itās watery and it does not have espresso, I donāt understand the logic behind this guyās attitude and his question I obviously donāt know the ingredients or how to make it but you do Iām sure they donāt ask this type of questions to all customers, im paying 7$ for a coffee I need it as itās supposed to be, attitude is not part of his job description, really need to see who they hire nowadays, customer service skills are lacking for sure in this place, my coffee went through 3 different hands and the same person who messed it up was given the responsibility of redoing it, WTH ? definitely will not be going back terrible service, some girl was carrying ice buckets back and forth, while I was in the waiting area mad rude too, nobody said Iām sorry, I know is a job to pay the bills but if your job is dealing with customers, do it right we have no choice but to deal with whoever is behind the counter managers have to make sure clients have a pleasant experience, again 4 people plus the girl with the ice buckets and none of them made me feel welcome or apologized for the poor customer service I received I do not recommend...

They messed up my order which is not a problem but then they insisted that I didn't order what I said I ordered. I go to Starbucks everyday I order the same thing every day I know what I ordered.
