My visit to Trinity Brewhouse left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied on all fronts. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a memorable experience. The warm and inviting ambiance coupled with the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed beer set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional evening.
The staff at Trinity Brewhouse deserves a special mention. Their knowledge and passion for their craft were evident as they guided me through a selection of beers that catered perfectly to my taste preferences. Each recommendation was spot-on, showcasing the depth of flavors and creativity that Trinity Brewhouse is known for. It’s clear that the team takes pride in curating a diverse and impressive beer menu.
Now, let’s talk about the chips and salsa – a seemingly simple dish that held the power to surprise and delight. The fact that the salsa is made locally added a unique touch that elevated the experience. The harmonious blend of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the attention to detail all contributed to making it a standout appetizer.
One of the most striking aspects of Trinity Brewhouse is the sense of community and authenticity that permeates the entire establishment. This isn’t just a place to grab a drink; it’s a hub where friends gather, stories are shared, and connections are made. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it equally suitable for a relaxed evening with friends or a solo exploration of their finely crafted beers.
Trinity Brewhouse has mastered the art of providing a holistic experience. It’s not just about the beer – though their beer is undeniably exceptional – it’s about the passion, the attention to detail, and the commitment to creating an environment where patrons can truly unwind and enjoy. Every element, from the locally sourced ingredients to the friendly and attentive staff, contributes to an experience that lingers long after the last sip.
In a world where brewery experiences can sometimes blur into sameness, Trinity Brewhouse stands out as a beacon of authenticity and excellence. I left with a sense of contentment, looking forward to my next visit and the promise of discovering even more of their remarkable offerings.

Read moreNot a whole lot to report here. They had a nice little atmosphere set up, but nothing too interesting. The beer was decent, and that's important for a Brewery obviously. But we found the food to be pretty subpar.
Pizza was about like cafeteria food, if you closed your eyes and were honest about what you tasted. Then the pricing structure on building your own personal pizza was pretty high. $13 for a personal cheese, and $3 for each "premium" topping. They count pepperoni as premium. So my daughter wanted to get a personal pepperoni and bacon pizza. I did the math at $19 and said no. So she got just pepperoni, and BOY was it skimpy. See the picture of this sorry looking thing. I had the chicken bacon and ranch. They left the chicken off by accident. They very kindly refunded the price of that pizza and made a new one. But you know how that goes....now everyone eats at different times.
Then finally I get the check and the bottom says "Please consider paying your tips in cash." If you don't know what this means, I'll translate it for you: "Could you do us the favor of helping us avoid the credit card fees associated with those tips by using cash which you probably aquired though your own ATM fees?" I think that's kind of a bold request seeing as that the ridiculous system we have in the US already makes it so that we pay nearly the entire salary of a server above and beyond the cost of a meal. Everyone is trying to squeeze every cent out of you everywhere and it's...
Read moreStaff was very friendly and accomodating for my family with our 2 y/o daughter. Went here for dinner 3 times while in town for a weekend convention at the DD Center. Food was all quite good had a couple different burgers and the pulled pork sandwich. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was the only dish I was a little disappointed with. Despite having large chunks of lobster (a definite plus) the dominant flavor was the herb cracker crust that was baked in. The cheese mostly settled to the bottom and since it was very mild cheese it didn't contribute much to the flavor so you mostly just tasted the crackers until you got a piece of lobster. As far as beer goes their Double Barrel IPA and "Darkness" Russian Imperial Stout are two of the best beers I can remember having. For those with lighter tastes in beer the Kolsch and Captain America were much lighter but still very flavorful. Overall I would say service was a 5, beer a 5+, and the food a 4-4.5 just based on the Mac & Cheese being a bit of a miss. If you are in town for an event at DDC or RICC definitely give this place a shot you'll be...
