I'm very torn over this. We religiously order from domino's and when we order online and it takes an hour we try not to be bothered. But everytime we've tried to order over the past few weeks we can't order online or on the app. Ok that's fine. We'll call. When we had to do this in the past it was a few minutes of waiting and then we moved on. But now, the last time we ordered we were kept on hold for over 20 minutes. Ok we dealt with it. Delivery guy was very nice and I felt for him delivering via bike. Here we are again. My mother and I are both on hold, she's been on hold for 35 minutes as of me writing this and I've been on for 10 minutes already. Nobody has answered to say "give us a few minutes" or anything. Just left on hold for 30 minutes. It feels incredibly condescending when I'm listening to it at this point "don't want to wait? Order online or on the app!" By the end of typing this message, I'm still on hold and my mother's was picked up and immediately hung up on. Edit: I hung up after being on for 35 min myself and reading the excessive amount of similar reviews. Domino's is great but the issues with this store are excessive and need to be assessed. I've been a manager of an establishment and I could walk in and run it better than whoever is in charge. Anybody probably could. We will be looking to contact district...
Read moreWe ordered a large pizza, 16 pc parmasean bites, a 2 liter and a sandwich. It was almost 2 hours before we received our food. I checked on the status after 45 minutes and despite the website saying it was quality check, it took the lady 10 minutes to figure out what was going on with the food and was only able to say shes watching it be made right then. With how cold the pizza was when we got it, I think that was a straight up lie. She didn't know anything that was going on. The driver dropped the food on the cold ground, banged on the door to a studio motel extremely loudly, and walked away. I get contacted but don't set food thats supposed to be hot on 30 degree concrete. Everything was cold by the time we got it. The parm bites, they weren't even fully cooked, and were absolutely drowning in oil or butter, it completely soaked through the box and I had enough still to fill the bottom of a plastic cup roughly a 1/4 inch full. Quite honestly im extremely disappointed, and will not be ordering dominos from this location anymore. I havent even touched the pizza yet or the sandwich, and quite honestly im not looking forward to it. Extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate regarding this. Soon as I figure out how to include...
Read moreStaff was dishonest with me and disrespectful of my time. I went to this dominos to pick up an order I had placed earlier in the day. When I got there, they said my pizzas were “still in the oven”. I waited there patiently for over an hour while they told several more customers that they were backed up and that wait times would be up to 2 hours. I finally went to the front and basically said “So, you told me my pizzas were in the oven over an hour ago, yet they still aren’t done… Were they ever in the oven to begin with?” They were not. The Dominos tracker app reflected this, but I’d taken the employees word and figured the app wasn’t working. I’ve worked in food service before; I understand that things get backed up. Clearly, I was willing to wait. I had demonstrated that by sitting there for an hour and not making a fuss. But in return, I expect the employees I’m being patient with to respect my time and be honest with me about how long I’ll be waiting. They clearly didn’t. Instead, they lied to me because they were afraid I’d get mad, I guess? I ended up canceling my order and leaving with nothing, because I had people at home waiting for the food and didn't want to make them wait any longer. So, I definitely don’t recommend...
