I have only been here a few times so far maybe even a month between visits. I believe I gave a previous review of 5 stars. Everything was fine. I believe I even talked with an owner? Before as well. This time I just went in for a protein coffee thingy. I ordered the small w9ch says $5.19. The cashier asked "which milk would you like, almond, skim? , or whole?" I said "oh, I didn't know ow there was a choice, or i had to choose. Ok. Whole". So then it's being rung up and it says $7. I asked "why $7?, it says only 5.19". The cashier says that's because of the milk. I said I was just ordering off the menu with how it came, and the way the milk choice was mentioned didn't include that milk was an un-charge. The cashier was nice and said I can have the manager give you a refund for next time. I said just cancle out the transaction and start over. She said you already paid (my card was in the thingy) , so I don't want you to be charged again. I said ok. Both of of were very pleasant with each other. Then I said from now on asking for the milk choice needs to be started would you like milk? It's an up charge, and here are the choices ". So.... then I just went on the Google site thingy and on the menu it say the milk up-charge was $1 more, but also included a sugar free syrup and whip cream, which i did not receive. So moving forward, train the cashiers better at full disclosure, and include all the fixings and up-charge says. No big deal, but not 5 star this time....

Each time, the wait has been unusually long ā not just for pickup, but from what Iāve overheard, dine-in guests are experiencing delays as well. Itās clear the staff is doing their best, but theyāre stretched WAY too thin. On my most recent visit last night, there was only one person in the kitchen and one at the register, both clearly overwhelmed. The young woman up front looked like she was barely keeping it together ā and honestly, no one should be put in that position. Itās disappointing to see a business so poorly staffed, especially when it directly affects both the team and the customer experience. I hope management steps up and gives their employees the support they need. I was compelled to leave this review because I used to work in a quick service restaurant myself ā and ultimately left that job for the very same reasons. Iāve visited this establishment at least five times and have had several great meals ā the food itself is not the issue.
Unfortunately, whatās making me hesitant to return is the consistently poor customer service at the register. Each time Iāve asked a simple question about the menu or ingredients, Iāve been met with visible frustration ā eye rolls, sighs, and an overall dismissive attitude. Itās happened enough times to no longer feel like a one-off experience.
There appears to be one particular cashier Iāve encountered during most of my visits ā a young woman with blonde hair and distinctive eyeliner ā whose demeanor is especially curt and unwelcoming. I wish name tags were required so I could be more specific in my feedback.
Great food deserves great service, and unfortunately, thatās been lacking here. Iām really hoping this is something the business can address, because Iād love to keep...
