Placed order. Worker asked all the question's. Smothered? Red or green chili? Answer the questions. Food comes out wrong. Ask for it to be corrected. Get argued with that I never indicated for one of the things already previously asked to me as I ordered. Two workers say something and laugh as they debate wether or not they will remake my burrito. Got the correct burrito after everyone else in my party was done eating and ALL other orders inside and out in the drive thru were completed. This was this time. The other 2 times I witnessed employees be unnecessarily mean/ rude to paying customers. One man was homeless, it was a bit cold outside, he had PAID for his food. He did not smell. He was not mean. He was a human. Wanting to experience his meal with others. A meal he paid for. He was asked to leave. He was told he could not eat inside. I said he paid for his food and the employee asked ME to then ask the homeless person to leave. The other time I was coming in and a woman in a wheelchair had dropped her glass bottled Coca-Cola. There was glass and soda everywhere coming into the front door. She tried coming back in and was met at the door by an employee. She was told she could not come back inside and that they will see if they can get a new coke for her. As I ate, I realized they were not going to do anything about it. So I got up, bought a bottle of Coke, and took it out to her. She then left. I reminded the employees about all the broken glass outside as I left. I unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment. The way people are treated is below sub par if you need anything more than just placing your order. Even then, they may not listen to what you ordered, then argue about it when you ask for it to...
Read moreI've been going here about a year off and on. The price and variety is definitely a selling point for me but a big issue I have is they're never consistent. Their food quality varies depending on the cook so they don't seem to have steady standards. Sometimes it's saltier or spicier so you never know what you'll get. Rice and beans are usually too dry to be enjoyable. Today was my worst visit yet. Literally could've filled a shot glass with the amount of grease in my take out containers. Why are they not draining their meat? My taco was then falling apart from sitting in that grease puddle. To make matters worse there was a SUPER LONG HAIR ROLLED INTO MY ENCHILADA it was like a foot and a half long easily. I'm absolutely certain it wasn't one of mine cuz the colors different and it wasn't on top it was rolled in. I gagged on it trying to get it out of my mouth and gagged again over how disgusting that is. No one could bother to answer the phone so I'm left to air my grievances here. They've messed up a lot in the past on simple orders, I've learned my lesson to not go there on Saturdays. I've always forgiven them but the fact that they won't even answer the phone after multiple attempts calling has totally turned me off. I should also add that they charge a service fee of just under $1 for all orders and don't offer coins back so now I just feel like this place is shady. This was my first visit in 2 months from them messing up my orders and they've officially scared me away. I'll go elsewhere, thanks for the haunting experience and...
