On Saturday, October 11, 2024, my wife and I parked in front of the building that housed Subway. We completed our order on the Subway App, and the app showed our order would be completed in 20 minutes. While waiting, my wife and I observed three different groups of people entering the store and leaving with their specific orders. When the fourth group entered the store, our Subway App notified us that our order was ready to be picked up. As I entered the store, the Subway Worker, said welcome to Subway; are you here to pick up an order? I replied with "Yes," and the Subway Worker said I would have to wait as she started making my mobile order. I explained to the Subway Worker that the Mobile App stated that somebody had completed our order. The Subway Worker then became condescending towards me and extremely disrespectful with her tone. She told me I would have to wait as all walk-in orders precede our mobile app order 20 minutes ago, and a notification was sent stating our order was completed.
I then left to inform my wife that our order was not made, and we had to wait until the walk-in customers were taken care of. As I was walking back in, the customers that walked in walked out without an order. I walked up, and the Subway Worker was even more hateful towards me when she spoke to me while the Subway Worker made our sandwiches and said our order was completed. I then asked the Subway Worker where the pops were, and she said take this cup. I told her I ordered a bottled pop, and she said I could get one out of the cooler and pointed to the cooler behind me. I then asked the Subway Worker about our chips, and she said that they were over there, pointing to a rack with chips. I found my chips but could not find my wife's requested chips. I then returned to the Subway Worker and asked her that my wife ordered a specific chip and I could not find it on the rack. The Subway Worker then sarcastically stated that if it is not on the rack, we are out, and you can pick something else. I told the Subway Worker she did not need to be rude and explained that I would return after finding out the chips my wife wanted. When I returned, I grabbed my chips and saw that the Subway Worker was putting the vegetables on my sandwich, but I could not see the bacon I ordered. The Subway Worker, with attitude, stated the bacon was under the vegetables and folded up my sandwich. She put my sandwich in a bag and said my order was done. I then asked the Subway Worker about the footlong cookie I ordered, and she gave me an annoyed look, reviewed the receipt, and made my cookie. I then left and drove the 20 miles home to find out that the Subway Worker lied to me and did not place the bacon on my sandwich like I ordered and paid for (See the pictures). I called the store and spoke with the Subway Worker, and she said that if I wanted the bacon, I could drive back, and she would give me some. I told the Subway Worker that I was not driving 40 miles round trip for bacon, and she should have been a professional employee and completed my order as written without attitude.
Sadly, the Subway Worker's attitude is a negative and direct representation of the Mission, vision, and values of Subway, the Owner, the Managers, and Employees of the Subway Lukas Family, 434 Eagleridge Blvd Lot 2, Block 1, Pueblo, CO 81008. Based on the Subway Worker's hostile behavior toward customers, I would not recommend...
Read moreCame into this location around 8:20pm, location states that they “close” at 9pm. Guy that was working this night of 7/25 did not greet as we walked in which was whatever. Then, had the WORST customer service and attitude I have EVER experienced. His explicit music kept blasting over the speakers while rushing us to tell him our sandwiches which we had 3 total. Started to slam the oven door when I wanted 2 of our sandwiches toasted while bad mouthing under his breath, then starts removing the lids covering the veggies with attitude. Walked around the counter once we paid for our food and locked the door behind us and shut the lights off. Not a “have a good night” or anything just his horrible attitude. Mind you it was only about 8:40pm. Don’t know how this guy even has a job with a horrible attitude like the one this dude had! As a supervisor, this guy would be kicking rocks and finding other employment. Management needs to reevaluate the people they are hiring and get rid of the bad apples in the bunch. No place for poor customer service like this. Do better or find a job that you...
Read moreAbout a week ago I placed an order on the app for this location. They made my sandwich wrong. It was supposed to be toasted with extra bacon. On a foot long sandwich I had two slices of bacon. FOR A BLT. I called the store to let them know. They took my name and said I could come back and remake it. (At this time I stated it wouldn't be the same day since I was already back to work.) So today I went in for my remake and the women behind the counter was so rude to me. She immediately became defensive and said what sandwich was messed up. After finding out it wasn't made today she was so happy to tell me they wouldn't doit if it wasn't same day. Then when I told her that's not what I was told she proceeded to slam things and ask what it was. Stated she would do it this one time with a terrible attitude. Like I was an inconvenience to her. I stated no thank you and began to leave.. She looked surprised by my reaction and stated she said she was gonna do it. I didn't stay. She was very rude and I doubt I go there. I'd rather drive out of my way to not...
