McDonald's — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Things have changed now, my recent trip to this establishment was disappointing! I was in line at 10:45 p.m. last Monday. I know the restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. at this particular location on weeknights but I really only decided to stop in for a quick soft drink and pie. There were several cars ahead of me and I waited my turn. I ordered a large diet Dr pepper and a Apple pie. I felt like the service was less than friendly in fact I felt rushed. The team member handed me a medium soft drink which I ordered at Large she said it's a diet Dr pepper and here's your pie As I travel away I tasted the drink only to find out it was not only the wrong size but it was the wrong drink completely. She gave me a diet Coke or maybe it was a regular Coke anyway it tasted awful and the pie was cold. When I got back in line at the drive-thru because the inside was closed, I was the last car in line. I didn't make a new order because I figured I could just drive up to the window and make my exchange Soon as they got the last customer which was the car ahead of me they locked the window and immediately marched to the back end of the restaurant out of my view. My tapped on the window several times and an employee finally came to the window making a cutoff motion to his neck. I finally got him to open the window and I told him that I need to speak to a manager that my order was all wrong. Manager came up and did make an exchange on the drink but didn't replace the pie with a fresher one. Let's just say I won't be going back to this location anytime soon they have a...

Well... It's kinda hard to beat McDonald's when it comes to the price of a meal, whatever you order!? For instance, 50 chicken nuggets is only 10 bucks. But, when it comes to the service, I think that most customers ignore the fact that In all US McDonald's working.ostly very young people whose very first working experience has been McDonald's. What I am trying to say... Do NOT set your expectations to high, guys... Generally, let alone when you're visiting US McDonald's. Unfortunately, the most US Companies intend to sell low quality goods here, at home to us, the people who live here, in the US. If you don't know why is like that, than you're probably to young!? Because,they CAN get away with it or simply because they CAN. Making money is their highest priority and if they only could, they would just take your money and give you NOTHING in return... Well, maybe you would get a smile back if they are in good mood!? So, McDonald's is not an exception, neither... They do what the most US businesses does. But, if you visit McDonald's in any other Country of the World they do their business within, including still developing Countries like Bosnia - you'd be shocked and sad because McDonald's are high end dining places where people who CAN afford go... Bosnia is SEVEN times MORE EXPENSIVE State than California also known as The Most Expensive State in The Union... Sad, but true. At last, what do you REALLY expect for a meal that you can't even finish by yourself...

Staff 4:30 Terrible customer service !! We walked in unable to use the kiosk as no options were giving to customize what we were trying to order so there we are waiting for someone to take our order( only lady in red looked at us but nothing happened other than seen several people walking in and out of lobby ), finally some other person took the order after several mins of waiting . Afterwards we used the restroom as cones were on the side not blocking entrance ( we assumed it was okay to used it , either way there’s no way to ask if we could use it - again no one is really there to talk to ) . Worker - walks in after a while of walking back and forth by the lobby ( never went inside restroom )- “ There are cones “ Me - yes on the side . My kid is inside can’t leave without her . Worker - Ok there’s no toilet paper where she is , I need to clean the restroom . Me - Can I please have some toilet paper ? I can’t take her out like that . Worker - took forever “ trying to get some “ . I offered to help wasn’t allow . Worker - even took the hand paper ( she wants us to hurry but didn’t help...
