Brought two watches in for a simple battery change. When I picked them up, they charged what I thought was way too much for a quick and easy battery change. After I got home, I noticed that BOTH watches had scratches on the back and they clearly damaged that part of my watch. If they aren't able to do this or don't have the tools, they should just tell me so. The least they could have done would have been to tell me about it, but they didn't even have the courtesy to do that. In fact, they even were extremely unfriendly when I picked it up, which probably was a tactic to avoid me noticing their damage. Worse even, one of the watches has a little more complex way of setting the date, and they screwed it up so badly that it took another jewelry store 30 minutes to fix it afterwards. The other watch ran out of battery a week later, so I assume they must have put in a weak or old battery.

This was the worst experience I ever had in a jewelry store and I can't tell you strongly enough to stay away...

If I can give ZERO stars to this store, I would. DO NOT, under any circumstances, get your jewelry repaired in this store. I don't understand why this store has 5 stars. Firstly: They have the worst customer service: it took 6 weeks to get my wedding ring resized and my mom's antique pendant restored and the lady in the store was grumpy as hell. Second: worst quality ever: they destroyed the patina/gold in my mom's precious heart pendant. The lady had the nerve to say that it was "fake or gold plated", when clearly it was not. Thirdly: they charged be over $700 for the work, which is ABSOLUTELY not worth it. Look for a better repair shop for your precious items. I learned my lesson and WILL NEVER USE this...

I order my fiancé wedding band two months ago, had to keep calling to see when it would be ready. Finally it’s ready. I go to pick it up and it’s an old ring they tried to refurbish into the ring I bought and paid for. Pictures in photo section. We paid for the ring on the bottom and she tried to give me the ring on the top. She told me it was the same ring. I told her it was completely scratched up and missing the whole middle piece.
