I can't only talk to the quality of the sandwich, but the people too. Several weeks ago, I ordered a sandwich online... their biggest, most expensive sandwich. The weather was nasty and when I got there, their power was out and they didn't know about my order nor could they do anything about if they did. The owner was there helping clean the place since it was effectively closed. She apologized that I drove down there for nothing and said she'd help ensure I wasn't charged.
I called today to talk to her (the owner) because I didn't see a credit on my statement. She was not there, however the guy left in charge was clearly focused on making things right for the customer. He asked what I had originally ordered, asked if I'd be happy if he provided that, and on we went. I showed up unshowered in my worst clothes... but they treated me with respect. I gave a couple dollars tip, but otherwise my sandwich was "free" (I did pay for it previously, but these people had no idea).
That was the most delicious sandwich I've had in years... thank you JMS. And thank you to the Redmond WA location who had no reason to believe my story.,. but were human and did anyway. To the owner... the gentleman that was in charge tonight should be commended in my opinion. To everyone else, if you haven't tried Jersey Mike's, you need to. The west coast doesn't have many great deli's... Jersey Mike's makes sandwiches that make you think Philly or NY. I'm not being paid a dime, but I know I'd want a heads up so I'm giving one myself.
Thank you JM Redmond... we're all square and I'm very full. My only wish is that you had a location closer to my...
Read moreIn the past I have come here , I have probably tried every item on the menu, but just recently I went there with a girlfriend and had a horrible experience ! We ordered subs that both had mayo , instead of mayo we recieved vinegar, which was very heavily applied, staff were unprofessional which suprised me , male worker (Peter) decided to hit on my girlfriend. She and I were disgusted with his behavior, we asked another staff (Conner) for the owners contact information and he said she doest take costumer calls , what kind of business owner does not take customer complaints? ? Anyways after calling the store the next day to see if we can catch the owner ( Leila ), she happen to be there, she understood are situations, but did not offer me a comp for me and my girlfriends meal that was incorrect ,that I also spent 30 dollars for total, nor did she defend are views as customers she kept defending her staff as if their behavior was exceptional ...I'm so tiered of places like this that are overpriced and have no respect for the customers to keep their business operations going . Well not anymore me nor anyone I kow will patronize this Jersey Mikes , if I have a caving I'll go to woodenville!
If you love soggy and over greased subs , paying for overpriced incorrect orders , and being sexually harassed by employees, and treated unfairly by an owner then come on down to Jersey Mikes in Redmond where you get an all...
Read moreForgot items, Did not send correct sandwiches and didn’t follow instructions. I had to call the restaurant about 20 times to get them to answer the phone (not exaggerating could’ve been more. Yes, they actually ignored the call that many times). When they finally did answer they politely provided excuse after excuse for why they couldn’t fulfill the order properly. (Apparently the people in person are more important than take out customers). I understand being short staffed at a time like today. But I don’t understand not following the instructions that are right there in the app. I also do not appreciate the lack of courtesy of not notifying the customer that you were out of a particular item. The customer should be given the option to decide how to proceed rather than just assuming something else completely different would be suitable. Eventually the gentleman told me a refund would be processed although to date (more than 2 weeks later) it never was. Guess he forgot about that too. Will not be ordering...
