This is the worst location of them all!
Here is why:
The place is dirty and smells bad. The service is horrible. The pizza is not as good quality as the other locations. After we ordered, we had to wait for our pizza for 1 hour and 20 min (the server forgot to ring it in). The manager Jake was absolutely rude, unwelcome, unprofessional and it seemed that costumers are not his priority. For people who use passport card In the app says “enjoy a complementary entree when purchasing one” lie according to the manager Jake they don’t have entrees on their menu!! So he couldn’t honor the entree, he was super rude about it Definitely never going back here and probably never to any other location!!!! I wish I can give 0 stars..
Exactly. It’s not my problem that the description is wrong!!! But what makes me upset the most is that the manager was very unprofessional about it and made me feel unwelcome, the carpet in your restaurant smells really bad like it’s never being clean! So we even moved outside, the manger didn’t do anything to fix the problem and that’s not how restaurants work!! We are definitely never coming back Because you guys haven’t done anything to fix the...
Read moreZeeks sends out coupons using ValPak. Discount if you load the app, discount for delivery or take out. OK, that's nice. Zeeks is pretty pricey so a discount is helpful. Ordered online, no place for the coupon code. Asked about this when I picked up the pizza. Person on duty said coupon is only for dine in! Said it's a mix up between the owner and corporate. Typical song and dance.
I sent an email to Zeeks corporate, no reply to date. If you look at the reviews here you'll see quite a few 1 star ones. In many, the owner (Troy) gives an email address to contact and make it "right". I emailed him 5 days ago. He hasn't even opened it!
Decent pizza, a bit overpriced, but it's nice to splurge. But if they are going to offer a coupon and then deny it when you are clearly within the terms of the coupon then I'm headed elsewhere. There are plenty of other options around Redmond.
If corporate and the owner don't care, or even respond, then why bother.
BTW, the place was empty, excepting about 6 people on the patio. On a Saturday night. Something...
Read moreThis place recently re-opened after a remodel, so I went with my girlfriend to try it out.
When we got to our table we were able to order our food directly from our phones, which was pretty neat.
The first thing we noticed is the unexpectedly high prices. A large pepperoni pizza is $28 and every additional topping is $4, which is a bit much.
We submitted the order through my phone and ended up paying $44 for a single large build-your-own pizza that we shared — so, $22 per person.
The service was extremely slow; we ended up waiting a half hour for our pizza and the place wasn’t even very busy. I wasn’t a big fan of my half of the pizza, but my girlfriend thought hers was good.
Overall, I can excuse the slow service since they have just re-opened, but the high prices and poor food quality are just disappointing. I recommend going to Mod Pizza down the street instead — it’s not a traditional sit-down pizza place, but the service is very fast, their prices are reasonable, and toppings are...
