Super cool icecream joint off the beaten path. Great selection and super friendly staff!
UPDATE: I come to this place often since I am a local. Unfortunately, this last time I wasnât treated with respect and the workers were not hospitable. I walked in and was the only person in there. I didnât noticed that they had tables lined up in a way that made a path and I did not notice that there were social distancing signs. Why should I, I was the only one in there and my focus was on looking at the selection of icecream. I asked for a sample and the man said I couldnât because of health regulations which is fine. Two families rolled in and the man behind the counter barked at me because I was too close to the people that were behind me!! Like, I was there first so they should wait for me to be done looking. The man raised his hands in a way that was rude and totally inappropriate. I honestly felt so unwelcome so I just left. I will never come back again. I get that your new regulations are frustrated but I was there first and I donât appreciated one...
Read moreGreat little place for ice cream if you want LOCAL TOWN flavor and friendly service. Neither the staff nor the ice cream ever disappoints. Definitely the best ice cream in town! We love love love this place. Itâs on our list every time weâre in town. Because the ice cream is so good, there is sometimes a decent line waiting to be served but the line moves fast. Also, the previous owner had a beautiful mural painted on the interior wall that kids will love. Next time Iâm there Iâll take a video of it. The whole place is just painted friendly. They have a handful of tables and chairs inside and Rehoboth Beach (the town) has a few huge white benches out front that you can also sit and enjoy your sweet treat. And of course they serve Hersheyâs ice cream products there, offering both hand dipped and soft serve as well as milk shakes and banana splits and a host of other things. Cups, cake cones, waffle cones of various sorts. Itâs definitely not something you want to miss out on while in town. Itâs located just one block off the beaten path of...
Read moreThe ice cream served here is Hersheyâs Ice Cream, which is a regional brand that is extremely prevalent in places like Pennsylvania. Hersheyâs Ice Cream isnât bad per se, but it is extremely generic and almost artificial tasting. The staff here were nice but maybe a bit inexperienced. I wish they made their own ice cream in house as it would probably taste a lot better. Prices were maybe a bit high but this is in a high cost of living and...
