Eldorado Coffee Company — Restaurant in Reno

12/18/23, bought 1 lrg. reg. coffee. I arrived approx. between 7:45 am to 8:00 am. New trainee rang up order. No receipt, said she "didn't know how to print a physical receipt"? My coffee was $4.00 + tax. Later, noticed $18.08, was debited from my bank acct. I didn't buy anything else. Can't dispute, without my receipt. I know 1 person should remember me, the lady was standing next to new clerk, when I returned to carry up two empty carafs of cream. Both cream carafs were empty. Lady, said she would fill later. In meantime she handed me 1 container of cream. I also had just checked out of Silver Legacy & was on way to get an Uber Ride, to get to Amtrak.Difficult to dispute, a clerks error with no receipt. Attempted to call to report, nobody...

This place looks much nicer from the outside than it actually is. Despite being indoors, in a casino they serve cafe late in paper cups even though they have normal mugs on the shelf. Also they stuffed two of our pieces of cake into the same foam doggy box(??). That was for two people who clearly planned to sit down and enjoy a snack. The coffee is not bad and the place looks diecent it's only once you order you realize that for $20+ you get a "gas stop" level of service for a not-so-reasonable price. I actually love coming here for the coconut cloud cake but I recieved rude service from the cashier who first served me a "slice" of cake that looked like scraps. Usually I'd just eat it, but it wasn't for me, so we nicely asked her if we could get another slice that was whole. She then served us a slice that was even smaller and argued with us that the slices are precut. Made no sense! Quality of cake 5 stars, service, only two stars. And thats because the other lady...
