I used to LOVE taco bell. The prices, the food, the SAUCE, and the speed were great! The last SEVERAL times I've gone have convinced me not to go again. The prices have gone up, the food quality has gone down severely. I ordered a cheese and rice burrito on one of my orders and literally got a tortilla. No cheese, no rice. Just a rolled up tortilla. How can that even happen? The amount of time you have to wait is crazy, and the last time I went in they cleared my order before it was complete and watched me wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes before I had to personally ask them what was going on with my order and convince them to remake it. The cup sizes are the smallest I've seen compared to other fast food in the area, and you can't even get anything but the new cantina tacos in the fry cravings box. The whole reason I went was for a doritos locos taco in the cravings box with fries (the cantina one was definitely not my favorite.) I would have paid the price difference too but it was too much to get one on the side with the box as well. Overall it just isn't worth it anymore between the customer service and food quality. First up, the Sweet Pork Burrito—absolute perfection! Each bite is a heavenly blend of tender, sweet pork wrapped in a warm, soft tortilla. It’s like a flavor explosion that leaves me craving more every single time.
And let's not forget the Crisp Meat Burrito. The crispy, golden exterior perfectly complements the savory, juicy meat inside. It's the kind of burrito you dream about, and I would walk through fire just to get another taste.
Taco Time, you’re not just a restaurant to me; you’re a life-changing experience. Every visit is like a joyful reunion with flavors that comfort and excite. If loving you is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
Forever your devoted fan, ready to shout my love from the...
Read moreIf you seek a restaurant that hasn’t left the 1990’s, behold Taco Time, home of the finest crisp tacos this here side of the Mississippi. The staff is pleased as punch to serve you and are friendly any time of the day. The restaurant is so authentically retro that the credit card machine takes the same amount of time it did in the 90’s. Yes! You can actually strike up a good conversation with the cashier because it takes so long (this can be good or bad depending on your level of skill for small talk). Besides that the restaurant is retro all around and has a unique feel, I’m quite certain they can offer haunted tours of their basement during the Halloween season, if you haven’t seen it it’s the open black pit right by the bathrooms, quite a tourist attraction. Overall great food, great people, and a great experience. Keep it real Taco...
