Working with the store in Rexburg has been a very horrible experience. I would strongly advise not going to this store. The customer has little to no value in this store. This is partly because the manager is apathetic. I was treated will little respect and was quick to be brushed off by the manager. If you want to save yourself a lot of frustration then don't go here. This is what happen to me:
I Brought in a tablet to get a battery fixed. The price was good and the manager that was servicing me said the new battery should arrive in a week and they would call me when it got in. A week came and went. I called early in the morning the day after just to see if it was in. The man on the phone told me that he was busy but that he would call me back in like ten minutes. Evening hit and I didn’t get a call so I called them. When I asked why he didn’t call he said that he thought I was someone else and he guess he should have took my name down. Although I did give him my name earlier. He then told me that the battery came in the day before. I asked why no one called and he just said they were busy. He also could not find the mail key to go check to see if was there but he would notify the manager, who has a copy of the key, so they could fix my tablet the next day. I came in the next day. When I asked the employee about it he couldn’t find the mail key either. When he called the manager he just told him to have me come the next day when he was on. He said that if he found the mail key he would call me. At this point I was rather frustrated but waited till the next day with no call. I went in to see the manager to finally get it fixed. The manager didn’t seem to know much of what I was talking about. After telling him what happened he said he would go check the mail. He came back and said he didn’t know where the key was and that the guy yesterday found it but it wasn’t anywhere to be found. I asked him about his key and he didn’t respond. Instead he just called the guy. He said he wasn’t answering so he couldn’t get to the mail. I then said that this was getting rather frustrating. In response, the manager said that he could just give me a refund. I told him that I still wanted my table fixed but if the battery isn’t there then that is what I would do. He walked around the corner came back and said it wasn’t in and was going to give me a refund. I started to tell him about my experience that I had there and he didn’t care at all. In fact, as I was telling him he excused himself, got another project, and worked on it while I was talking to him rather than actually listen to me. When I paused, he said “oh I’m sorry” but never looked at me or addressed the issue he just brushed it off. This whole experience was rather frustrating. I was willing to work with them but the manager just wanted me gone rather than to work with me. I will never go to this store again and could never recommend this to anyone.    Read morei had my screen replaced at the start of my fall semester. It was quick, and the guys were nice, so i initially left a 5 star review. After one semester, i sadly report a lot of issues. I spent around $175, getting the screen replaced, a screen protector and warranty, and some"military grade case" (whatever that means....) and everything the sales guy encouraged me to buy.
Right off the bat, i had issues with the screen not dimming when i had phone calls, and had to take it in a second time. After that, i had issues with screen sensitivity... The touch would shoot all over the screen. According to the 3rd guy, there was glass left in the phone.
After that, i had deadzones in the screen, as well as issues with the microphone and had to take it in once again.
Again, i had to take it in, and this time the screen got replaced entirely.
The guy who fixed it explained to me how to file a request from the screen protector company, since he replaced the screen i was now without my screen protector.
It also costed $7 to get me a new "free" screen protector (paying for shipping) which honestly costs just as much as a normal screen protector.....
regardless, i placed my order and waited days for my protector to arrive.
Of course, in that time my phone falls out of my pocket, and cracks, literally a day before getting my screen protector.
Now, obviously dropping it again is my fault, but it is rather upsetting that i spent as much as i did, and had to take it back 4 seperate times, and to have it crack while waiting for the new screen protector to come, since they removed it with the 4th repair under their warranty. I also had the "military grade case"
Just annoying really. I need to get my phone fixed again, but i would rather go to celluvation...
Read morePurchased a used Macbook Pro from them. They told us it was in "like new" condition. Told us we had a warranty so if we found anything wrong we could bring it back and they'd fix it no charge. Found out the internal speakers didn't work. They tried to "fix" it, which took them about a week. The fix lasted a day. When we took it back again they took another three days (of my husband calling everyday and them not answering, eventually he just walked into the store) for them to tell us that they can't and won't fix it, but were willing to refund us a little. My husband took the laptop to an authorized Apple repair store and they told us the fix would cost $450! With the age of the laptop and the issue it had, the laptop is no where near worth even that much. We asked to either be refunded the full $450 in order to get it fixed, or allow us to return it (because by the time all this had passed down the return warranty was over.) They told us they wouldn't refund us the $450 and wouldn't reply to any further emails until my husband threatened to take them to small claims court. We returned the laptop, but we know they're just going to scam someone else and try to sell it again for more than it's worth. Redeeming quality is that we did get everything resolved in the end. It took some time, but that’s okay. Just make sure whatever you’re wanting works before...
