I usually enjoy the Crossroads for convenience. This is the burger I was served from Teton Grill today. When I showed it to an employee no attempt was made to rectify the problem. I had to press to get someone to tell me that they would mention it to a supervisor. I was told to just throw it away. No refunds.

Price is a little expensive for the food you are getting. There's a lot of variety though. Wish they close later in the day. The dining areas / stage / etc are nice. Even a good place to study at night too (or when they hold events like Open Mic night)

The food at the campus crossroads is always so good and for a super decent price too. The Shava Shack was one I recently went to, which boasts some great Hawaiian food, and I enjoyed the food so I took a pic of that.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Was at caliente and asked if I could have a custom quesadilla because I’m allergic to the ranch they put in them and was told no and questioned about my allergies like I was lying. Said I couldn’t have anything with egg whites including salad dressing. Man just ignored me so started yo a burrito. At the very end, he smothered the burrito in salad dressing (weird for mexican food) it’s Idaho. Anywho I told him again I was allergic to salad dressing as well he aggressively said “you said you wanted everything on it” but before I could tell him that I had previously stated I was allergic to egg and salad dressing, he threw my plate in front of me and stormed off. I’m more offended the fact he questioned my allergies because it’s none of...

In 2019, I'd give the Crossroads 5 stars. Currently, 3 stars is generous. In the past, the Crossroads was open for longer periods of time and had more variety for cheaper prices. Now, with the exception of Chick-Fil-A (bless their hearts), every station is closed by 2pm with some even closing as early as 12pm. Many of the other stations also quickly run out of stock, such as the pizza and bakery stations, and have reduced their variety. Personally, as someone who loves food and convenience, the Crossroads was one of my favorite features of campus. Now, its more disappointing every passing week due to its restrictive schedule, poor inventory stocking, and...

I love the crossroads I eat here very frequently. The best food is the baked sandwiches like the Como and Flank Steak. Other sandwiches are good too. The breakfast burritos are also very good. I wish they would open earlier in the morning for breakfast. Lots of classes start at 7:45 so if they opened at 7:00 or 7:30 then I could get a burrito before class but it doesn’t open until 8:30. Aside from the actual food, they’re running out of space for people. In my opinion rather than spending what they did to renovate the career center or whatever, they should built a new building for that stuff and...
