Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Richland

I ordered online. I asked for extra mayonnaise and Jimmy's mustard because it was the only mustard offered besides Dijon so I figured it was the Yellow mustard. My lettuce was browning, almost no mayo and the mustard definitely was not yellow mustard. It would have been nice to have known that before getting it on my sandwich. I had called then to inform them and they said they can bring mayo and reg. mustard packets which they did and they gave me a bag full of packets lol thanks a lot! My boyfriend had just opened his sandwich after calling JJs and he too got a sandwich that was incorrect. It is rare I get to eat out and I was looking forward to a great sandwich from your store and I was extremely disappointed and couldn't even eat my sandwich, even after receiving my condiments. I don't plan on coming back at all, which I'm sure you could care less. I understand times are hard right now with the food industry being short staffed and how difficult it is to find decent employees. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. I ordered for my lunch break at work. Took an almost 45 minutes to get my order (they are only a few blocks from my work) all just to find out they dropped it off at a completely different business. They very kindly offered for me to go and retrieve my own order. Obviously I wasn’t gonna go for that as I have a limited time for lunch. They eventually got me my order after over an hour of waiting, and refused to compensate me in any way. I was told if they refund the whole order they will cancel the whole order and I won’t get the food. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My advice, just go to...

I’ve been coming here for years. The sandwiches do taste fine. But this place is not fast anymore. I’ve had to wait about 20 minutes multiple times, I’m not being dramatic here either. There’s no telling how long it will take. Look, everyone that works there is nice, I have no issue there. But jimmy johns is known for being fast everywhere! And something is broken here. Don’t believe me? Try to do an online order for pickup asap and show up 25-30 minutes later. And be prepared to wait some more. If I’m wrong, give me a thumbs down. I’ll gladly change my review if it changes back to what it used to be, but I am avoiding this location...
