Ok, I'm not sure where common courtesy has gone, but that's all I ask for when I'm paying for service. I was here yesterday (3/16/2022) with my three wonderful kids early evening and had one of my top three most horrible experiences. One kid wanted the mini pretzel dogs and two wanted a big pretzel and cheese dip each. The cashier in a very rude tone responded "all we have are mini pretzels, that'll we been having all day and we finna close soon". My kids agreed to have the mini pretzels, so I said "can we have three fountain drinks too?" Cashier does move but stair intently at me. So, I'm thinking she didn't hear me. "Can I have three fountain drinks please?" I asked again. In a non-courteous tone she replies "you have to be specific" at this point, I'm like ok, "this is where we engage in a "customer- service provider" conversation should clarify things. "How about asking me what drinks do you want" I said. So I asked, "what are our options". Then she points to the screen above in a "can't-you-see/read" manner. At this point, I was upset, but wasn't going come down to her level by arguing with her, so my kids and walked away from her bad energy. My kids had a way better experience at Panera bread eating sandwiches and soup.

   Read moreWorst location ever. Ordered online for pickup and when I got there, supposedly their computers weren't working and didn't see my order. I had a order totaling $30. The young lady there replaced it with cheap pretzels from leftovers. I then asked for a refund because that is not what I ordered and the computers were up and running, just lazy workers not wanting to check it and rather would be on their phones. I got a nasty attitude back and was told their was no manager for a refund but then another lady came out and said she was the manager. I asked her to process my refund and she said she was the person in charge at the moment. Don't say your the manager if your not. How are you working with no manager. I may sound entitled but the replacement was way cheaper than what I ordered and was not worth my money or what I paid for.    Read moreThe âmanagerâ as she calls herself was awful. How does she have a job serving ppl? I was here, with my children 8/31/22 around 4:00pm. She refused to tell me her name. But she did say she was the manager. How does a place that is loved by so many ppl have such trash employees? The 2 donât go hand in hand. We ended up walking away, without completing our order. She was so bad. And I wonât deal with kind of person when my children are watching. Walking away was my best solution. I really hope she isnât an employee much longer. As we wonât ever go again, as long as she is there. I get that finding good help during covid has been a challenge for many.
