Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Ross Township

I love coming here and it’s never an issue (I usually come in the morning). But I came here this evening and the experience was the WORSE. Nobody greeted anybody when they walked in, the girl who took my order had an terrible attitude and didn’t give me my receipt then when I asked for it she acted as if it was an inconvenience for her. She took so long to get the receipt I told her it was okay. She sat my smoothies at the end of the counter never said it was mine I only knew it was mine because I looked at the tag on the cups. 5 stars all the way across the board. The staff are very friendly. They made sure everything was perfect even bringing us our food when we sat down. The food was delicious! The chicken pesto flatbread was amazing and so was the buffalo chicken wrap my husband got. The jalapeño corn was great as well. The vibe of the place is tropical and very relaxing. The furniture made it feel like a beach Cafe. I've seen reviews saying they are uncomfortable but they're metal chairs that fit the vibe. It's not something that should be complained about. We will be back time and time again to try everything...

My group of 4 came in and the place was empty of other customers and there was 1 visible order on the screen. We waited almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged and told it would be a minute before one of the 3 employees would be with us.
