Pizza Twist — Restaurant in Sacramento

So I ordered a large Indian style pizza and 3 orders of Samosa's. Then I got a cal back, the said sorry we don't have abt samosas rh3 trick didn't come. There's nothing I can do about that, that's fine, I said. I was told the pizza will be ready in 15 min and I got there in 15 min and the pizza wasn't ready, ok fine I waited. Then I asked for ranch, and he said ok, he was giving me 2 ranches for a LARGE PIZZA, I said can please have more ranches because I am getting a Large pizza. He looked irritated, so I said I can pay for the extra ranch. He gave me 2 more ranches, and I said, "Can I have 5 ranches total. He charged me for 5 ranches and didn't give me any ranches with the large pizza. I have ordered from here a lot, and never have I ever had to pay for ranches with my order. This was a horrible experience this visit. To pay damn6 dollars for something that should have already come with my damn pizza. Sorry you had to do some work and I irritated you because of that. I probably won't be recommending this place, nor will I be ordering from here anymore. There are many pizza places with better customer service that I can order from, and they will...

Last night i visited there with my family and friends but the manager girl misbhaved with us all Firstly with payment she asked to pay again because there system not showing it ... but we have valid transaction then food served there was always late ...she served us with so much of attitide and rudeness as we are not there customer ... she also insulted her co workers in front of us ... with a loud tone and inappopriate language .. when we asked her to stop all this .. because we were there to enjoy and have fun .. not to listen someones insult in front of us ... then she showed eyes to us ...speaking too much louding that spoils our whole mood and time ....

Such staff is a big No for me and my family .. we spend money and time but no good service , no good environment was served by that girl but the other staff is so calm and patient ...

I will never go there with my family and friends because of there...

I love Pizza twist! I also really enjoy their other locations, like Chicago's Pizza, but this location is the closest to me. They have amazing Indian themed pizzas with vegan sauces, cheese, meats, and toppings for those with dietary restrictions.
